We enjoyed El Bambi. Eggs were cooked perfectly, sausage patties were very good as was the gravy. Service too was good. The restaurant was spotless. Restrooms were very clean. Add El Bambi to your places list. We'll be back.

We stopped for lunch passing through. The atmosphere is an old fashioned diner/cafe. The staff was friendly & seated us quickly. The waitress was with us to get drink orders. We are a big breakfast family. We had Cinnamon Roll French Toast, Biscuits & Gravy with Cottage Fries, & a Grilled Cheese Sandwich. The gravy was spectacular. The biscuits were soft, flakey, & flavorful. The French toast had cinnamon chunks that burst with flavor. The grilled cheese & fries were about what you would expect from a grilled cheese. I would absolutely recommend stopping in. We will be back for sure.

Always a great breakfast. Love it.

Eating at el Bambi feels like a family meal, except the food is always fantastic, you never have to 'get it yourself', and no arguments with crazy cousin Melvin. Staff are friends, chef is awesome. I love the music and memorabilia featuring Beaver City.

The residents of Beaver are so lucky to have this little place in their town! The food is so good + affordable and the service was amazing! The country fried steak was insane and so was everything else. Our waitress was Michelle and she was so special and made us feel welcome. :)

We love El Bambi! The food especially the Monti Cristo, is worth hurrying to get there before 2 pm. Michelle will remember you and bend over backwards to help!

Food and service were awesome. I would frequent this place if I lived closer. Great pit stop off I-15 in Beaver, Utah.

Drive 3 minutes off the interstate and experience the West. Minimal diner menu, quick (polite) service in a very clean place. Parking lot generally has at least one stock trailer with genuine cowboys inside eating real food. The place has been here forever, see why.
Is!
Great little greasy spoon cafe! Their beef was delicious, I got the philly omelet and my dad got the French dip. Neither of us were disappointed . In fact quite surprised. Would definitely recommend over the creamery or other options if you’re trying to get a great meal
