Unbelievable great coffee house. Nice ladies and such great prices. I was walking out and spilled my coffee. These ladies didn’t skip a beat and instantly made me a new one , while being kind and thoughtfully clawing up my spilled coffee. Wimberley is a such a great place with great people.

Chatted with the owner this AM, just hearing the process on how they do their bourbon barrel infused beans and Bourbon barrel cold brew made me want to get one when it’s 40F… solid coffee chop 👌🏻

I receive wonderful service here every time. Their baked goods are delicious & I'm so grateful for the gluten free options. Oat milk latte with honey is my favorite! Definitely high quality ♡ Thank you, Blanco Brew.

This is my first & last time visiting this shop. I asked for a cinnamon roll out of the case and sat down to eat it with my family and we tasted bacon in it. Please let people know if what they think they are ordering is actually something different.

Absolutely, positively disgusting. The service is incredibly rude and disrespectful. We were not allowed to eat inside because we brought outside food into their restaurant even after purchasing their drinks. They didn't bother to tell us that we couldn't before buying their products. I wouldn't recommend this malicious company to my furthest friends.

One of my absolute favorite places. Smooth but strong espresso. Amazing house blend. Make sure you buy a bag to go! Oh and always friendly staff. I appreciate amazing coffee and kind people so thanks Blanco Brew!

Amazing little cafe! We selected this place as the start to our girls day trip and no regrets!! The coffee was on point. I had a bourbon brew, yes you read that right, bourbon and that's definitely what you taste beginning to end. I purchased an orange cranberry muffin that was delicious. You could taste each component of yumminess. I'd be remiss if I didn't share other items on their menu. They offer espressos, cortada, regular coffee, specialty, and cold brews. And, all of their baked goods are made from scratch!
The staff was not only attentive, made great recommendations, and welcomed every person that walked in, more impressive is that it was genuine. Need to go back sooner rather than later. They sell their whole bean organic coffee by the pound.

Just got a smoothie, paid 7$. Wasn’t really a smoothie. Just a cup of cold flavored milk. Asked the girl to remake thicker, she gave it back the same consistency.

Edit: the barista did let me trade the 7$ “smoothie” for a soda. She also offered to remake it. I decline because I didn’t have time to waste for another liquid smoothie. I’m given a 1 star review not because of the service, she was nice and helpful, but because of the product. I paid 7$ for soda in the end… I wanted a smoothie.

This was my first time here. First time visiting Wimberley too. I had the maple Chai latte which was delicious. I'm from Houston and I love the Chai latte from Minuti so I was a little hesitant to get one from here but Minuti needs to be thankful because if this place was in Houston, I'd have a new favorite. The maple Chai latte was unique and had a wonderful flavor.

The staff were absolutely amazing too. They were so patient with me as I placed my order and explain any questions I had.

I love to visit coffee shops as I travel. Coffee taste very good, but the customer service is lacking a bit. After our order was taken we were pretty much not acknowledged the rest of the time, and one of the other staff members had to tell us our drinks were on the bar while the others chatted about Facebook buying. Its not a terrible place, but they need to work on their people skills which is why I gave it a high rating. There is always room for improvement.
