Blanco Brew

The service was absolutely wonderful. I had all of my questions answered with no issues. She helped me pick out the perfect iced coffee. I also purchased an awesome coffee cup from there with some fantastic words of encouragement.

Cute little shop with good choices for coffee, pastries and drinks. The lemonade is tasty. Add a syrup. I had lavender!

Recently we had a weekend trip to Wimberley and came across this coffee shop. It was full of delightful folks who were very engaging. Great selection of drinks and treats with a welcoming environment to just sit and talk. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because they have art and wares for people to purchase which is great but a ton of it was really dusty. I would for sure recommend this shop though.

Had a seasonal Toffee Nut Praline latte (we asked for slightly less sweet than usual and the barista hooked us up) and it was phenomenal! Super cute shop. Super friendly staff. Loved it. Will be stopping here whenever we pass through in the future!

After just cracking my rim and possibly getting a flat on the GIANT pot hole in their parking lot upon entrance, I was greened by an obnoxious worker telling me I need to re-park when I left enough room for another car.. Maybe focus on fixing your parking lot instead of focusing on getting bad customer reviews. Definitely won’t be back and don’t take your car there if it’s nice, pick-up trucks only kind of parking lot 🙂

Nice vegan options and super dope stained glass rockstar art everywhere. The power food bar and the almond joy bar are to die for. I have not tried the coffee here yet 😭.

Amazing experience in this cute coffee shop with welcoming staff that serves wine, beer and makes their own pastries in house. Great art for sale on the walls and cozy atmosphere. Can't wait to be back!

If y’all haven’t tried the paninis here, you need to!! I don’t know what kinda magic Nora does to make such an amazing crispy, juicy, delicious Cali Club..... but keep it up!! And the bourbon barrel cold brew is everything you need in life!!!! Thanks Nora!!!!

I tried all the coffee stops in Wimberley when we first moved here and Blanco Brew is the best. No convincing me otherwise.
Alfred and Reese are by far some of my favorite people to get my morning coffee!! 5 stars times a million.
