The coffee is roasted just right and expertly brewed. The baristas are pleasant and attentive. Relaxed, inviting ambiance with comfortable seating and functional tables. Highly recommended.

Excellent coffee and pastries! Super friendly staff. We received a voucher from our hotel for coffee and a pastry, I had the ham and cheese croissant which was amazing! All the baked items I’ve tried here are delicious. And the people who work here are so genuinely happy at their job, they must be treated well by their management. Highly recommend, I will definitely be back!

Just a great little brew company in Wimberley. Every time I go there the staff are fully engaged, helpful, and pleasant. I've had a variety of breakfast items and have never been disappointed. Finally, they nail whichever coffee drink I order each morning. Definitely a place that I highly recommend a visit.

Nice coffee stop with quick fresh bakery snacks. Surprising variety of items available and coffee and tea options. It was quite relaxing after a long drive.

Ordered a morning cappuccino here when in the area and it was excellent. The cafe had plenty of seating and some interesting artwork hanging on the wall. Disappointingly, having just eaten, I didn't order any of their baked goods (though they are all made in house by the owner who is a baker by trade). If I'm back again I'll try a pastry too!

I drink black drip coffee, so no cream or sugar to mask the taste . Tasted like the coffee I could make at home that doesn’t taste that great. That’s why I like to go out for coffee. Super nice staff very nice atmosphere, but their drip coffee in my opinion was harsh, I like a smooth black coffee. If I were to go back, it would be for the atmosphere and I wouldn’t buy a drip coffee. Definitely not trying to be mean in my review. Other people’s tastes differ and they may really enjoy it.

Everything on the menu is to die for! Incredible artwork on the walls. Always something going on at this little cafe, car shows, art shows, farmers markets, food trucks, ect. Love the aesthetic and vibe you get from immediately walking in! The coolest workers you’d ever meet, one of the best places to check out with essentially homemade everything!

I was having a sweet attack and decided that a cup of coffee and a sweet roll might just be the ticket. I hadn't been to Blanco Brew since it open an figured today was as good as any. The place hasn't changed much and the people working were just as friendly as always. I got something with cream and blueberries on it. The pastry was soft and airy. Didn't seem heavy at or filling at all. The coffee was great as well. It wasn't real pretty the day I was there but there are a lot of bench on the outside for when the weather gets prettier. There were several people on the inside working with there computers. Over all the place seemed really relaxing. I'll be back I'm sure

Delicious coffee!! Wish I wasn’t in a rush because I would have loved to sit inside the lovely space and relax.

Great place to grab a coffee. 100% will be visiting again! Plus, I know the owner! (inside joke, no for real.. if you go inside and look around, you'll get the joke.)
