This place is a hole in the wall kind of place that exceeds expectations. It is easy to miss, even when using gps, so don’t blink.
Make sure to stop by here, every item on the menu is available all day. The pinto beans, catfish and chili burger were excellent and fresh.
The staff was so friendly and helpful.

This place is amazing! The eggs were cooked perfectly with no burned spots and it tasted like a clean grill! The old style country theme took me back to my childhood days of going to a cafe with my grandmother.

They open at 5:30AM and working nights, that's nice to know. The service has been very very fast, courteous, and excellent overall. The cooks also put out the food i na timely fashion without sacrificing quality. I usually get the Highway Burrito because it has so much in it that other places would charge me about $8.50. For a slightly smaller (yet more filled) burrito, I'm only paying $8.50 with tip! The quality of the food and service is reason enough alone to come here again.

Service was just fine, I did come in during their busy lunch and it was pretty well packed. The food overall was just fine....And everything tasted homemade. Except the rolls. Mine was COLD...And obviously pre packaged. Which is fine...If they're warm....Mine tasted as though it was taken out of the package and placed directly on the plate. Never heated.

I was told about this Cafe and to come try the catfish basket...oh my goodness!!! It's the bomb.. Hot and fresh, very yummy.. The 2 waitresses were so sweet and attentive..I live out of town but this will be my stop for catfish.. Thank you Hwy Cafe😁
