Hwy Cafe

It's definitely the best breakfast on this street. (Not saying much! No other choices!)
The food was bland and below average in quality. Biscuits weren't flaky and the gravy tasted like powdered.
The service is the real crime here. After I was seated and received my order, I wasn't talked to again. No offer of coffee refill. I wasn't even asked upon check-out how everything was.
Drive to 8th Street Coffee house. Much better quality everything.

What makes this more sad is that the owner replied below and denied the things I said. Evidently, if you're not from the area, you're not treated with respect. No one interacted with me after I got my food. Unacceptable!

Just moved here and was looking for a nice breakfast place to eat. My kids were here so I want to treat them to breakfast. It was a very home feel and the service was very nice. I was a li6thrown off to the portion to price. The bisque breakfast I received ( is pictured) was not what I was expecting, way smaller. Just basic. I will go back, just have to be careful to what you order so you get your money's worth.

Stopped in here on a whim while I was getting new tires. Really glad I stopped! My cheeseburger was a two-fister piled high with toppings. Great food & was made super fast and the waitress was wonderful. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks!

Just less than average. Taste and looks of food seem to be by a beginner cook. Extremely long wait with 2 waitresses and only 5 tables occupied. Too bad, WF really needs a good breakfast Cafe... On with the search.

Great breakfast and lunch place. It was busy when my husband and I went in there (8:30 AM on Tuesday). The staff were very friendly and polite. Our order was what we wanted and the way we like it. Our server did a terrific job and she was working very hard because there were a lot of customers in there. Our food was fresh and delicious. My husband had breakfast and I had a catfish basket with fries and corn. We were also pleasantly surprised by the bill. Our food was reasonably priced and they gave us good portions. I had to take half of it home.

25 bucks for a breakfast burrito and 2 bisquicks & gravy w/2 sausage patties. Great service but food not so much.

Our First Christain Church men's breakfast meets here once a month. The food is always "good" but THEIR SERVICE IS THE BEST!! Thanks for always giving us 5 Star (*****) service!! Thanks Highway Cafe. This is why we keep coming back!!

Pretty alright. Decent meal, decent price. It gets a bit busy in the morning though

I go once a week and the girls know me and my little one. They are friendly and accommodating. We love coming in and feeling like we're with friends.

I enjoy the good food and great service. The building is a little old but didn't mention the good food?
