8th St. Coffee House

Coffee is delicious and food is outstanding. Great place to grab some brunch and I love the multiple environments. However the music was a little out if control, way too loud and not the most family friendly. I would have liked to be asked about the cinnamon in my coffee before getting a spoonful tosed in. And I had to keep going back for basic things like sugar and silverware. Not bad, could just use some minor improvement.

Loved the customer service the owner and mom provided. The food was hot and delicious.

Great little get away spot for good food, coffee & relaxation (prior to the coffee). Update: the move to the new location has changed the atmosphere. Some will love the new iteration: the broad vista & conduit to natural light; others will miss the warmth & intimacy of the both the former & the original. The food was not up to par. In fairness, the 2nd day of reopening with the crowds no doubt stressed the operation. We look forward to their settling in and continuing in their great unique and delicious food preparation.

I had a breakfast burrito and a cup of coffee they were both delicious. The service was amazing the people were very friendly and the atmosphere was very nice

My husband and I went here for breakfast one morning and we're disappointed. My coffee was great, but our breakfast was ruined by the employees blasting music. We literally couldn't have a conversation over how loud it was.

Gotta admit, I love that the Coffee house went back to its original smaller size. The ambience is just so comforting. Every time I visit, the staff are very busy but always take the time to kindly greet you. They make you feel like you are actually wanted there. The menu is very extensive and oh so yummy with eclectic & creative takes on comfort foods. The menu items are not rigid so you can make adjustments to drink and food ingredients to match taste and dietary concerns. I simply enjoy coming here as the place attracks varied demographics made up of folks who simply want a comfortable time with great food and good company.

I decided to venture to 8th Street Coffee House during the After Hour Art Walk to see what the hype was about this place. I'm glad I did as it was quite click modern with the assortment of furniture and food displays. The customer service was superb with a friendly smile and helpfulness in ordering my shake. The only attribute of this restaurant that surpassed such wonderful customer service would have to be the taste of that shake. So tasty.

Love it! Great atmosphere and very welcoming and friendly staff. Tons of tasty food options and coffee choices.

It's a great place! BUT, they need to Have MUCH more help. We were there today and one coffee and one tea took over 20 minutes and that is with a line out the door waiting. We sat outside and the line out the door was the entire time we were there, over one hour. And, we miss the the old atmosphere SO MUCH.
