How have I never gone here before? Wholly smokes, they have everything at this store for home decorating with a vast amount of choices. I am definitely going to be going here many times in the future. Anything you need from rugs, furniture, faux plants, pillows, pictures, candles, glassware, shelving, you name it, is there. I have seriously been missing out. The prices are very reasonable, even cheaper on many items from competitors. If I didnt have to go home to cook for my honey I could easily have stayed there a couple hours.

Hello my is Brandon the other day I went into the store to take some things back for my husband client . Upon doing so I approach the corner and so happen a manger by the name of Anna assisted me. As she proceeds to do my return shes stated my ID has exceeded the limit. (Not sure why if so can that be fixed please,I have return before but never having to use my ID). I stated “ok” as I return the things back in the car. Upon re-entering back in the store do my husband was in the store as well shopping for another clients home. I see that the manager is no longer at the register anymore. As I proceed to find my husband, I see the manager. I politely stop and ask her if it was okay if my husband could do the return , because I was unsure about what was going on when I tried to return the items. She stopped and gave me a very unpleasant look and said “your husband “. She went on to reply “NO” in a very rude and unprofessional tone. Which was very rude and unnecessary. I proceed to ask another question ,she walks away back to the front of the store. I meet up with my husband and the store to explain to him the situation that took place with the return and management. We both approach the manger (Anna) at the register. My husband went on to ask “what seems to be the problem?”. She goes to state “nothing, and that you guys better get out the store because we are watching you guys. At this point we are very offended and embarrassed and Irritated. My husband goes on to ask if there was another manager available for him to speak with. As we awaited for her because she had took a customer at the moment, there was another manager leaving the building. And she stated that there’s no Corporate number and that I should file my complaint with you guys through the website. I am tremendously disappointed in the customer service that I received ,because I have a love for you guys is accessories and we use them and a lot of projects. And not sure if me or my clients will return to shop there ever again, if we have to receive harassment and customer service in that manner.

I’d love to give a great review but I just can’t. Definitely not to this location at all. Unfortunately this place has the worst customer service ever. I’ll definitely be reporting this location something definitely has to be done.

This place has a great garden selection. Also, not really a home fix it place more of a strictly deco store.

Did not feel safe shopping. No sanitizing wipes at door. Container was empty. Wear mask sign was posted at entry but not enforced. Too many people shopping without masks. Employees were courteous but will not return.

Fairly huge selection of home decor items (varying quality). I've found some good deals here, but mostly come when I need something that's an odd color or want something unique. Aisles aren't very wide & things are PACKED on the shelves. Add in a lot of shoppers & it can turn into an unpleasant experience quickly. Go Mon-Thur if you can; Saturday is too packed to be able to shop without pulling your hair out.

Bad costumer service, if a store has a 50% sign up next to an item it is expected to get that 50% off, doesn't matter if the time is over. Id thats the case then maybe you should take down the signs so costumers don't make the mistake or assumption. This happened to us and the cashier was not helpful at all and got mad when we decided not to buy some of the items after all, sorry but it was the store fault not ours.

This review is for the customer service. The cashier was really unfriendly and rude. I don’t understand why people work in customer service if all they do is act like they hate people and their job. I see this way too often in stores. Management really needs to check their employees.
