Does anyone else think the leaders, with exception of store mgr, @ Webster store, RUDE! I walk in pulling s rug on a cart, pass the "lil lead" Available or Eva, the clerk had to call her and she walks up and day, Oh, I didn't see you bring this in and again, Oh, I didn't see you bring this in. It appeared she was ignorant and definitely no leadership skills. And, then calls me. "Sweetie"- I said I wasn't going back, now I know I will just take the extra ride to Pearland. They seem to know how to treat their customers.

Could spend the whole day in this store!! So many good things.

I’m not allowed to visit here alone during Christmas time, so many options and the prices are amazing! Search for the clearance items, it’s worth the time to dig through and find those red lines.

Second day in a row that I've been there and walked out with a basket full of stuff. Not enough cashiers and lines are too long. Yesterday was 5 p.m. and today was 10 a.m. . Love the stuff and love this store but not enough help.

This At Home Store is huge! Almost worth driving an hour to get to. It has so many nice items to choose from. Very clean and organized.

I love mostly all the things I bought but one of my chairs came out to be rusty from the metal part and the leather stained ☹️

Huge store with tons of of really unique furniture, housewares, decorations. We had went to look for for Christmas decorations. There was isle after isle of ornaments. It’s a little overwhelming. They had all their trees set up. The blow ups and the animated decorations were in full working order to choose from.

Just terrible customer service. Lady was rude to pick up an order during COVID-19. The whole process took over a day long just for them to bring it to the door. They told us to scram when we came early before 11 to pick up. The process was just a terrible experience. I cannot believe that during a time of crisis, a business that wants to keep its doors open, would handle customer service this bad.

This store is always terrible in management and process!
Line is literally backed around and out the front door!
Wouldn’t you think to put all cashiers in place to handle the rush!!

PLUS good luck if you have a simple return! I’ve been in line 15min as they make you stand in the regular line! Hmmm - talk about horrible process!

this place is huge and pretty much has every type of "nicknack" imaginable.. my problem is i couldn't find a single item Made in the USA.
I'm not saying there is nothing in the store that's produced here at home but I did look at probably a hundred items and almost everything was Made in CHINA!!!!!
