At Home

I flipping love At Home. They have so much great decor and craft items. It's one of those places where you intend to "just run in" for a picture frame and a couple of candles and you end up leaving with two carts worth of new furniture and decor. Such a fun store.

I had a framed mirror that the factory installed hangers pulled out and broke the frame. Could have been a bad accident.

Love shopping here BUT I don’t love that a lot of clearance items are marked up higher from original store price. Is that something that this store only does? White duct tape only goes so far from covering up the tags & slapping a higher price on it.. seems scammy.

Very good selection. Very large store. Love this place.

Everytime I visit At Home, it is always a pleasure to see all the current new season decorations! This time there were a TON of laundry hampers on Sale! The staff is always helpful because let's face it. At Home is an enormous store! Keep up the great work! See you soon for Xmas deals!

Large box store. A ton of everything. There's even entire isles of pillows. Choose a color any color and they have a row of pillows in that color and varying shades if that color. Do you need one of those life signs? You know "live, love, laugh" or "you only live once, lock the bowl" they have those. If you've ever seen it in a home it is for sale in this store.

Lots of stuff. Pretty messy.

My husband and i stood in the pick up line for a good 10 mins and we weren't even acknowledged. The ladies were just standing there talking. It took them about half an hour to help us and when they did they seemed annoyed. I’d love to give a great review but I just can’t.

I hate to post this because I was so excited about visiting this store as I’d heard alot of great things about it but my experience guarantees I’ll never return. I got a house warming plant as a gift from my dad and the lights didn’t work. no problem , I went to check out the store and make a return. I explained to the gentleman at the register I didn’t have a receipt upon my arrival but the tag is on the item. He called the supervisor I assume , her name was ana I believe and she was made aware I didn’t have a receipt. She then says we’ll we need proof purchase. I said well you just saw us walk in with it . She says yea but still . I said we got it as a gift and I didn’t get a receipt. She states well they should have given you the bottom half of the receipt. At this point I’m annoyed as on the register it says “no hassle return policy with or without receipt”. She asks if I have a perks number I said I’ve never been here and will definitely not return due to her service and interrogating demeanor. At this point she gives me a return with a gift card. As we walk the store she pops up in all the different isles. At some point she asks if I want a map of the store. Not sure if that’s her way of service recovery but Ana can clearly use some training especially when dealing with minorities. The store is full of broken items anyway . Will never return!

Change the price I understand but for God sakes gas is already through the roof and you mark things up this much? Horrible business. Next time why don't you remove the previous price. Will never shop here again and I will make sure this goes viral. This price change was within 9 days
