Be prepared to have some time on your hands. The lines are always long and you can expect about a 30min wait from the time you order to receiving your drink.

We were visiting from out of state and the staff was so friendly and patient. Our group got the mangonada and the cookie dough drinks and they were amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

LOVE! Starbucks who??? The staff is also so nice! I always get the cold brew kicker with soft top! The muffin tops are also bomb!

great drink and quick service, my only complain would be the employee Lindsey i believe her name was, wouldn’t stop talking about a red Mitsubishi?? i got my drink but she kept on talking i was actually able to finish my drink and get another before leaving

LOVE their coffee! Wish there were more locations in Waco! If I could I would drink it all the time. It is well worth the money and way better than Starbucks!

So, let me start off by saying that I have been a fan of Dutch Bros since I lived in the Pacific NW, and was very happy to see them come to Texas. They were 5 star before, and now I'm just sorry I can't give them more stars.

Yesterday, my order was wrong. It happens. I very well may have misspoken when I ordered my coffee. That didn't matter to Dutch Bros. Not only did they apologise, and make me the drink I wanted, but told me to keep the first drink. I gave that to my co-worker, who is now a fan of them, as well.

The drinks are so good!! It was our first time and Amy helped us with the options and recommended the best drinks! Golden eagle is a must try!! Staff is very friendly!

The people that work here are incredible! Thank you Dutch for coming to Waco, my wife loves your coffee. We are from the oregon coast so it's fantastic to have a bit of home in our new town

My wife made me go because she wanted to try. I don't drink coffee often, just a carmal frap at Starbucks every blue moon when she collects reward points and invites me to tag along. Well I have to say it was amazing! I'll be back because I had a great staff experience, not because I love coffee that much. But for someone who only drinks frozen coffee as a tag along I admit I think it's legit.
