Dutch Bros Coffee

About a month ago after receiving the most devastating news at the vets office that my dog was terminal with heart failure, my SIL & I stopped to get coffee & get my girl her 1 & only pup cup she would ever get. we were very clearly crying & upset. the very sweet girls at the window were incredible! they showed concern & kindness in a moment of pain. The girl at the window was so kind as to pay for our drinks & our pup cup. This small act of kindness put a smile on our faces when we needed it most. I will never forget it. I am so upset that I didn't get her name to thank her directly. She has long blonde hair & I believe a nose ring. So thank you dutch bros for hiring such amazing employees! Im sure that yall know who I am talking about. please make sure that she knows how amazing she is.

My wife absolutely loves Dutch Bros Coffee, I never realized why until we both finally went ourselves! Super Super nice people and friendly faces guarantees a good time while choosing your coffee! Always going to swing by whenever I stop in Waco!

We had our first experience at Dutch Bros today and it won’t be our last! They were beyond friendly, my drink was delicious and although the line backed up through the parking lot, we were on our way within minutes.

Drinks were great, don't expect a complex coffee, mostly sweet lattes. If that's your jam you'll love it. Their driveway gets a bit packed in the 8am rush, kinda wish they would stop people parking on the street to jump the line.

Decided to try the walk up window due to the long line at the drive thru. The service was quick which was appreciated in the 20 degree weather. They also let me try a sample of the canned nitro cold brew which is good. Great job Dutch Bros!

We didn't wait long in the line. Staff was friendly. We got a Snickerdoodle coffee and a Caramel Frappuccino. My first time here, definitely will be back.

Not impressed with this location. We waited in line for nearly 15 min for a medium black coffee. The speakers outside the building were blaring rap music the entire time and the girl delivering orders stopped to chat with the car in front of us for 5 minutes before going back inside.

Had the best cup of coffee today. The guy taking orders at the cars was fun and personalable. Love your coffee and fast service.

Small selection, but easily customizable. Keeps the menu from being too overwhelming.
So far, I like them a ton. I was able to make my cold brew made into a nitro for the extra caffeine, and the pumpkin flavor was nice and strong in the freeze, but more subtle on the cold brew. So definitely worth a few trips to find your perfect cup!
Be prepared for long lines, though! I managed to sneak in before there was too long of a line. They did have my drinks ready as I pulled up to the window, and service was fast and friendly, but even with double lanes for ordering, people were pulling in faster than they were moving out! This place is going to be popular for sure :)
