CJ's Coffee Cafe

CJ’s is my favorite coffee spot. I live 30 minutes away and willing drive the 30 minutes just to have the perfect cup of coffee. The coffee is always fresh and tastes exactly how you expect. They have amazing pastries and salads too!

The last two times I went they messed up my order. The first time they gave me a ham and cheese croissant when I asked for a breakfast sandwich. This time I got the breakfast sandwich but there was no ham on it which I had requested. I'm gonna have to start checking my order before I leave the parking lot to make sure my food is correct.

Love this place. Friendly baristas who remember their regulars and know their stuff, consistently great drinks and the awesome food is an added plus. They’re great for a fast coffee and a bite, but if you have time I recommend having something in house and chatting with the cool folks there.

Nice place to hang out for an afternoon. The Paris tea was awesome. Cheesecake was also a favorite. Soup and sandwich options were good, but the chicken pot pie was the bomb. I love chicken pot pie and this was one of the best I have eaten.

This was my first time at this establishment due to me being new to town. Both the gentleman at the register and the barista were fantastic. The gentleman at the register made a recommendation of a barista‘s choice based off of what I used to get at my local coffee shop and the barista made a fantastic selection. She made a drink similar to a Texas chili mocha with cinnamon and I absolutely loved it! I will definitely be returning to this coffee shop. I recommend anyone in the area looking for great coffee to try this place out!

Like the decor. If you ask they will make your drink as you like it.

Very Classy.. Reminds me of the Arts District in Fort Worth Texas. Way to step it up in Sherman Texas. Folks take my word for it stop by you will love it..

Literally have gone here twice a day for the last 4 months. Their coffee is the best I’ve ever had, in addition to the life changing pastries and oatmeal(blueberry). Go to CJs. You’ll never go to fascist Starbucks and other mainstream coffee spots again...This spot has a very chill aura, the people and the setting, which has definitely filled a lacking niche in Sherman, Texas and the Austin college community.

If you like specialty coffee but don't like super sweet drinks, try the Brown sugar coffee and ask for half sweet. It's amazing and my new favorite drink!
Staff is friendly and I like their house rolls.

Drive thru is always so fast. CJ's always takes such good care of their customers. I bought a blueberry muffin this morning. I was pleasantly surprised to find cream cheese filling! 🥰
