CJ's Coffee Cafe

Five out of Five.....This is my impression of CJ's Coffee. Modern but country, great food and not over priced. This is what I call an perfect combination. The ingredients were fresh and paired perfectly. If the location wasn't 35 minutes away from my home, I would go back for lunch:) If your ever in or passing by Sherman Texas, CJ's is a must:)

I love the drinks. Come here frequently. However, for their prices I expect my drink to be a little more full.

I've been to many quaint coffee houses and CJ's is in the top 3 for me. Exemplary atmosphere and a peaceful vibe to the place. It's quiet. The popular large chain coffee shop is so noisy so this place is a refreshing welcome. The employees are fantastic, kind and know their stuff. Not only are the drinks delicious but they have wonderful food options as well. You won't regret stopping by.

Their coffee is always excellent. Their baristas are knowledge and they have a ton of fun espresso flavors like Sea Turtle and French Toast. You can even ask for the level of sweetness - like 1/4th sweet.

They have oatmeal that's made in a way that I've never heard of before and it's soooooo delicious! I like the banana nut one as it tastes like banana nut bread.

If you're gluten free they have an egg bowl that I LOVE! You can add bacon, sausage, or ham. Or all! You can also add avocado. And salsa in the side.

Service was great. Coffee is off the hook. I had a specialty coffee Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Not only was the drink the bomb but the coffee it was made with was excellent!!!

I had the lavender honey coffee as recommended by them and I was blown away! It was soooo good! Highly recommend coming here, the atmosphere was very relaxing, music was great, coffee was amazing.

I’m blessed with great local roasted coffee with a drive thru within walking distance of my house so I sometimes unjustly compare other coffee houses who offer drive through but aren’t as efficient.
CJs is local. Had a great Americano, nice light roast with no acidity. Perfectly piping hot and great taste. Took just a few minutes and I was back on the road to Dallas.
I had stopped at their Denison location first but after waiting a 4-5 min behind 6 cars, I realized I was not going to be happy to sit there 20 min.
Though I do trust most food providers who are popular, Starbucks has proven that popularity does mean the coffee is actually good .
CJs is worth the wait

Cute little coffee shop with a nice selection breakfast and lunch items made on site. It’s a great spot to get some work done or have a quiet conversation or business meeting as well. Topped off by very friendly staff l. I’ll be back next time I’m in Sherman!!

I ordered a grilled chicken salad and was told they were out of grilled chicken and tomatoes. They said they could do chicken salad instead. I get my food and there's no chicken at all, no mandarin oranges, cucumbers or croutons. So I paid $ 20 for spring lettuce and a roll!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and patient with me. This was my first time visiting so I had no idea what to order but they talked with me about my coffee preferences to find the perfect drink for me! Will definitely be visiting again soon.
