Wake the Dead Coffee House

Been here several times. Beautiful area, great food, and when the building finally opened back up, gorgeous interior. The exterior was also beautiful. It gave me Secret Garden vibes. There's a small nature park not too far from WTD, which made for some really good coffee before a walk.

Reasonably priced, out of the way enough that it's rarely too crowded, the vibes are overall fantastic. There was even a few pieces of art on display to buy!

Nice place and nice environment. Outdoor patio, cool music and options for eating and many yummy drinks. They do charge a lot for hemp milk or anything other than the regular milk.

1st time visitor, staff was super friendly and helpful. Great coffee.

My favorite place in San Marcos, and may be the best coffee shop ever. They consistently have community events and continously showcase local artists.

Funky place. High cost for an iced Chai tea. Waitstaff had an odd way to tell me the breakfast tacos were gone..ruined the experience for me.

Visiting town and came across this neat coffee shop. Honestly was just attracted to the name. Very reasonably priced. Tasty coffee. Relaxing atmosphere. Kind staff. I'd return.

Great spot to kick back or study. Indoor and outdoor seating. Huge patio out back. We spent most of our time on the patio. Good coffee and the staff has always been very friendly. You must visit the place at least once.
