We were supposed to stop at Lively but found it was closed due to staffing shortage. Our friend Gary brought us here and we ordered coffee and quick bite to eat before heading up the road on our bikes. We were happy to sit outside and the service was efficient and friendly. I enjoyed my toasted bagel with cream cheese.

Very rude wait staff! Limited selection and the muffin tasted day old. Very dry. The worst was the unfriendly staff.

Great service, very good food. Ruben was excellent! Chicken salad was a big hit and the loaded baked potato salad was awesome!! Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent homemade food with love and quality ingredients. I’ve tried just about everything. Most recently, chicken salad sandwich—WOW-pancakes, omelets, everything is so good and fresh. Great patio sitting with your dog and a friend. 🥰I love this place after a little hike/walk at Chalk Falls (Belton) with my doggo. Gotta love this area of Salado. Very charming. Dog friendly patio

Pure excellence friendly staff food is great but if you want crispy bacon make sure you tell them to burn it lol but that's just me being picky other than that this place is amazing

This was a great place for breakfast! Laid-back feel and great food with attentive, accurate, and thoughtful service. Our server, Austin, was so patient with my kids who changed their minds several times, and needed more of “the best bacon I’ve ever had”. Highly recommend!

We were seated quickly. The service was great. The food was good. I got the French toast which was nice. My boyfriend got the everything omelet which was very delicious! It was a little pricey for breakfast. We might come back. It's a nice atmosphere but small. We did have to deal with a loud family that was not aware of their inside voices like the other tables were. So if you come, please be conscientious of your volume level to not disturb other patrons who are trying to enjoy their own company and meals.

Good food, very small and friendly. Service is good they’re respectable and prompt. Giving 3 stars, because they are way too proud of their product. I called in a pick up order for a couple breakfast sandwiches and when I got there, they rang up at nearly $24! For 2 breakfast sandwiches! I’d already ordered them so I went ahead and paid but oh my goodness! As previously stated, the food was good but it wasn’t mind blowing.

I saw two of the waitresses and servers drink espresso out of the cup on the machine this morning and then keep using it to make others drinks. Overall, it seemed pretty unsanitary. Our particular waitress was very sweet. It’s sad that others aren’t as well trained and mannerly as she was.

Our first time here was for brunch on Sunday. It was crowded, but we were seated within 10 minutes. The food is very, very good and reasonably priced. My friend got an omelette and let me say you couldn't stuff another thing inside it. It was huge, filled completely with meat. This is a place we will definitely come back to. The owner was there and was very personable and the place is clean. Highly recommend.
