This place was amazing!! The iced lattes, blueberry scones, the all American breakfast and French toast were out of this world! The service was adorable as it’s family owned. Our waitress Lily was attentive and very sweet checking on our table to ensure we were enjoying our experience.
What a jewel! A must try!

Everything was so good! We didn’t have a chance to take pics of our 5 delicious 🤤 plates… we had an omelette an American breakfast , eggs Benedict, and a fluffy blueberry 🫐 pancake … everything was really good…. We will be there again tomorrow for sure !!
Day 2… here are some pics

My family of six just came in for the pastries and coffee. The man who served us was friendly, but was unsure of what was in the case. Some of it wasn't labeled. For our coffees, they tasted good. They were made by a little girl though, maybe in fifth grade? So, she didn't make my coffee correctly, but I didn't say anything. We saw people eating in the back kitchen right next to the food they're serving and nobody was wearing gloves. Just letting you know in case that's important to you, especially during Covid. We had the blueberry togas, raspberry danishes, and a fruit cup. Everything we ate was delicious. We spent about $27 for 5 pastries, a fruit cup, and three coffees.

This is the second time we came here for breakfast. The first time was amazing and pleasant. Today not so much. The service is terrible. There's not a pleasant person at the counter, no one explains the seating process or how to place your order.
There's definitely not enough staff for Saturday morning breakfast service. Our server was rude, unpleasant, and totally inattentive to the customers. Service is slow, they need to hire a bus person, and the only one who is trying to keep things going is the guy who is covering everything and everywhere. It takes forever for your food to come out from the kitchen and the servers don't even come around to refill your coffee. The place is completely unorganized.
The food is nothing to write home about. It took 40 minutes for a basic All American Breakfast plate to come out of the kitchen.
I didn't even eat my food. The hash browns were in the form of a square patty that was over cooked on one side and under cooked on the other. The eggs were cold and tasted like they came out of a carton. The best part is that the uneaten plate was not even taken off our bill. Bad service from start to finish.

We stopped here because traffic was bad and I'm so glad we did! They were packed and I see why. The food is amazing, fresh and made to order to perfection! (& huge) The server was awesome and I do plan on coming back to visit, but probably during the week instead! Keep up the awesome work! IG: gmtvmodelVanessa

Amazing food and amazing service! Everyone here is so friendly and fun to talk to. I ordered the veggie sandwich and they even threw in hash browns after breakfast was over. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town :)

Fantastic! We were in town for three days and this became our go-to breakfast place. Great food and friendly service. This is the place the locals go and are greeted by name which is always a good sign. Variety of breakfast items available from omelets, pancakes, muffins, and full plates with eggs, bacon/sausage, hash browns, toast, etc. Perfect start to our day while staying in Salado!

The food is great. We had the Deluxe grilled cheese with baked potato salad as the side and the chicken quesadilla. Nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very friendly. The peach tea is great, was not over powered with peach flavor and not super sweet.

Cozy cafe & bakery. Breakfast and lunch. Prompt service Latte was better than Starbucks. Go here.

This place is AMAZING! My husband and I have recently moved to the Salado area and we were originally going to go to Johnnys for Breakfast but they were closed for repairs...and I'm so happy they were. My husband brought me here and we instantly fell in love. The decor is super adorable and has a wonderful homey feel to it..the staff is warm, friendly, funny and very attentive. To make things even better..the food is scrumptious and they don't skimp on portions! This is our new favorite to go to. ❤
