Giddy Up and Go Coffee Shop

Great people and coffee at BOTH locations! They have always made sure I am happy with my drink before leaving, which I consider to be great customer service. Thank you Tracy and all for going above and beyond as well as continually learning and educating yourselves on the process of keeping us caffeinated :)

We love Giddy Up and Go! All of the staff are awesome and friendly every time we stop in. We love that they can do just about any deviation on the recipes to suit your liking. My husbands go to is the Wild Bill with Irish cream, we call it the ex husband. Lol!

Absolutely LOVE this place!! They quickly became my new Starbucks! 🫶 all workers there are friendly too!

This is the third time I have been in there. The staff is rude and try to make us leave. My last visit, I brought my son’s girlfriend with me. As soon as we sat, they started playing heavy metal music. That was a “Leave now.” I am done.

The coffee was good. Employees were standing around on their phones, the atmosphere left something to be desired. The shop is decorated well and very clean. Service felt like they were just doing a chore vs being happy they have customers. Left us feeling devalued and unappreciated. By the looks of the shop, that probably is not a normal daily thing but that was our experience.

The coffee is good. Thanks goodness they sell coffee. They need to train the young kids that work there customer service skills. I agree with someone else that left a review, that when you come in it’s like you’re interrupting them from talking, sitting on the couch, or being on the phone. They gave me something I didn’t order because they were out and didn’t bother to tell me first. And didn’t even apologize when I asked about it. I threw my coffee away when I got home because they are so rude I feel like they probably spit in it. I don’t want to go back only because the customer service. Coffee is good.

I’m giving this place 4 stars because the coffee is phenomenal and the environment is cozy and inviting but I would say that the staff is not very inviting. I just wish the customer service was better. It’d make me probably go to this place everyday!! I only ever get one sentence from the girl and it’s “were you ready to order?” Doesn't greet me. Doesn’t tell me my total. Doesn’t say you’re welcome after I say thank you multiple times during my visit.

I have gone into multiple times and always have had good service and fantastic coffee I do see people on their phones when no customers are in there but avery time I or someone else has gone in there phones went down and great service was provided also very clean and tidy. Great job guys
