When this place opened I was so excited. A snow cone place in Quinlan not Rockwall or Terrell. The first time we went in it was kind of slow but the snow cones were good. They mentioned that they were going to have souvenir cups that you could pay for and get refills each time in. They still don't have those to this day. I was really frustrated today because we went in I was needing to order a sugar free snow cone for my father-in-law. Out of all the flavors on the board they had 1! 1 sugar free option out of it seemed like 20. Then the girls helping us took forever! They were talking the whole time we were in there. I'm not happy. The owner is probably happy because their making money probably paying next to nothing for these kids to work in there. I really hope the owner sees this and will make some changes. If not we will have to go somewhere else.

First visit this morning and I’m so impressed. The decor is extremely cute, it’s extremely clean, and the girls working there are so sweet! They made my coffee quickly and it tastes amazing. A cute little hidden gem in our growing town. So excited to have a new coffee shop here! Side note: the coffee names are extremely cute. Also highly recommend the “Annie Oakley”!

Rude and employees are more concerned about their personal conversations than they are serving a decent cup of coffee. They were great to one customer they obviously knew but made us to feel like we were interrupting their convo by trying to order. Great potential, awful customer service. A bit smelly too.
