Gloria Jean's Coffees Pharr Tx

Ordered an iced cofee with cinnamon, hated it so I asked if I could exchange it. They said because it was custom made (the sprinkle of cinnamon) they couldn't change it out so I had to order a whole new coffee. This used to be my favorite coffee place but because of this experiance I am never coming here again.

Very irresponsible and not customer friendly location unlike other locations. The first time it happened I took it as a simple careless incident without consequence but upon our second time visiting with the family my daughter placed her beverage order which included a dairy substitution unfortunately someone decided to be cute behind the counter with the labels provoking a food allergy.

Every time I go to Gloria Jean's Coffees, I enjoy my drink. It's worth the drive I have to go. Whether it is coffee or tea (hot or iced). I also like their blueberry muffins, especially with their sugar topping. There is a coffee place closer, but I would rather go that extra distance to Gloria Jean's (Pharr location) for my coffee. Service is kind and attentive. Which I appreciate.

The coffee here is pretty good. I like that they also have a lot of non coffee options. It is true they use jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches. Mine was good but I’ll just go to Burger king which is in the same parking lot and get a breakfast sandwich.

If I could give zero start ⭐ I will give (0) star unfortunately you can't. I place a large chocolate chip and they gave it to me wrong and I repeat the order and one of the managers a female gave me a credit to go any day to go pick it up. The correctly I went and this manager NAME LUIS. I CAN'T believe it he was being so rude his attitude the way that he would talk to a customer and the way that he talks to myself so rude so disappointed. I CAN’T believe he's the Manager and he DIDN'T GIVE ME MY CREDIT ORDER. and he DIDN'T give it to me. GOOD thing I have everything recorded through video and audio.
He should not even work there.

Awesome place to get your coffee on! The coffee is always on point and will get you going for sure! The mocha is delicious and the brownie is so crumbly and scrumptious you will think you are in chocolate heaven! Prices are not cheap but will not break the bank. Great experience, the staff are very proffesional and fast.
