Every time I go in they NEVER have ice. It’s ridiculous. It’s 81 degrees outside currently. Why on earth would I want a hot drink?? Fix your ice machine and I’ll adjust my review 🤷🏻‍♀️

I like this place very comfortable sitting areas, nice staff, didn’t have to wait when no ones around and if there was I would wait with lots of patience mainly because it’s comfy! Also don’t have to be frustrated with size just have to say I would like a large please!

Oh wow. This place was terrible. White mocha on ice tastes like premixed gas station "coffee". That's not espresso and it tastes like Odessa City tap water.

Great cold drinks. Love thier blended smoothies and mochas. Far better than Starbucks in my opinion. Definitely recommend

Better than Starbucks! Wish it wasn't in the mall though for early morning cravings you can't get it until after 10AM.

Chill place to drink and the couches are comfy! Prices are very good to for what you get!! Definitely returning!

Watched the barista text for 90 seconds in the middle of making my Latte. Manager was standing right behind her, but nothing.

I asked for a cup of coffee and I was told they don't serve coffee she tried to make me an Americano, but I don't like americanos .I couldn't believe that they didn't serve coffee

They have some really good coffee. Not Starbucks, but high up there.
