Einstein Bros. Bagels

Not even a smile from morning cashier. Staff needs customer service training, unfriendly and borderline rude. My wife and I are frequent visitors here, we asked for apple cinnamon bagels and were told “someone just called and order them all” , I joked “but we are here, they won’t miss just one”. She just looked at me with a “ I don’t care, I’m just here for a paycheck” look.

Great food and fast service.

Great bagels, cold press coffee and sandwiches. I had the albacore on an onion bagel. My wife had bacon avocado and turkey on a green Chile bagel. The only thing i would like differently is the bagel actually toasted, not just heated up. I will male that request next time.

The manager there in the morning is super friendly and professional, as well as his staff. . I love this Einstein m

I love their bagels. The girl at the register wasn't the friendliest. She even shorted me a bagel of my bakers dozen. Got all the way back home (near Houston) to realize she left one of my chocolate chip bagels out! :((( I'm so sad!

I went into this Einstein brothers on a Saturday. I was the only one in there. When I first entered, I did not see a worker. I waited 5 minutes until someone finally came from the back. And once he came from the back, it wasn’t a good experience. He acted like I was a pain for being there. Very bad experience.

Great place to have bagels and bagel sandwiches.

Love me some bagels and being from Michigan I cannot find many places that actually boil the bagels in malt water. Einsteins uses a steamer oven and realistically it is more like a bread bagel. But many flavors to keep everyone happy.

I visit here every time I come to town because I LOVE this place. However, yesterday morning we went in and as we went to walk in the front this young blonde girl was sitting at the tiny table right by the front door. She was smoking a cigarette right down to the filter. If you aren’t a smoker this is stomach turning when you’re walking into a place to eat. Worse part.. she was an employee. I don’t care if you smoke but I definitely do NOT want to see that as a customer. There should be a designated area for employees to smoke that is not In front of any customers. We go in and wait our turn .. I get to the counter and the little smoker is now there to pull my bagel order. Ew. I still place my $20 order and go make my coffee. While I’m making my coffee I hear commotion at the counter and my boyfriend waves me back over to the counter. I’m asked what other bagel I want since Smokey stink fingers dropped the last bagel I wanted! Like no . I’m pissed. I cancel my entire order because at that point I’m disgusted and mad. The older lady at the counter was kind and comped my coffee because of the error. We will not be back.

I went over there for a quick bite for lunch today and it was not very busy. It was the first time in quite awhile I have been in there. The Green Chili Turkey Sandwich with the Jalapeno chips and banana hit the spot for me.
