Not only did we get a couple of great bags of coffee, we also got a complete education about the growing process, the harvesting process, the roasting process, and the brewing process. Dave does this because he loves to, and all the folks there just love what they do, and it shows. You'll never find another place like this one.

The best coffee roaster in DFW and it's in McKinney! If you like your coffee fresh and appreciate the smell and favor of quality, then you must visit Pacific Tradewinds. I have searched the metroplex for nearly 3 years and have found my go to coffee roaster.

A fun place to hang out at and try different coffees they have. Picific Tradewinds Coffee roast the coffee on sight and on some Friday you are about to get the freshly roasted coffee. They also have green coffee beans you can buy if you like to roast your own coffee.

Breakfast at Clary’s is always a must when we visit Dallas. Best corned beef hash ever. The coffee is good and service is always great.

Great shop, great service and all around authentic vibe in the place. I picked up some Kona coffee which is very hard to get this year. They hooked me up. Will definitely be a regular stop going forward.

Stopped by for the first time today. Great customer service. A little sad they were out of the pure kona but that gives me a reason to go back. Had the Honduran honkey tonk. Love having a roaster in the area.
