Tapioca Roots Palms Crossing

They didnt have bobas they were out. Took them 45 mins to give me a salad and when I get home it has a hair. They gave put 5 orders before us that where after us. It was really bad service and not worth $45.

I’ve come to this place multiple times with friends, and they never seem to have any toppings listed on their menu. From shredded coconut to chamoy gummies, they have over 15 items listed and only carry two (m&ms and skittles). Why even put them on the menu? Also, their customer service is horrible. They all look like they hate working there.
Anyhow don’t recommend this place.

I went,and they didn't even that much to offer,most of the things from the menu were missing. When I got my drink it was all water down. And I ask for Poppin pearls but instead they gave me jelly. And it was that good.

I had been wanting a bobba for a while and decided to stop by today. Mmmm....it was so good. I love strawberry anything. 😋

I used to like this place a lot! But lately seems like the quality has gone down. They even changed the type of tapioca pearls that are used for their tea. They are tiny and the texture is way off.

Awful experience never been discriminated in my life for paying with dollar bills and quarters and here the lady was extremely rude and sarcastic saying that I should buy a more expensive item in the menu but seriously what kinda staff says that you supposed to be warm to your customers regardless if the pay with 20 bills or 1s

Horrible experience. Girl charging has an attitude when paying. I cancelled my order with time because she has horrible service. She tells me with an attitude that can’t give me my money back.

Definitely best brown sugar in town!!!!
