Tapioca Roots Palms Crossing

Saw a post on Facebook about sugar free options, went in person, they offered me a fruit packed juice! Fruits packed with sugars. No cool, not diabetic friendly at all. Guy literally goes, "um I don't know u could try a juice" Like yes, let me enjoy a sugar packed "colon clens" they only have 3 juices

The workers gave us our order wrong and don’t know how to hand out the bobas in the order they were asked. They gave us the complete different order than what we asked and confused it with someone else’s order.

Contrary to low rating reviews and posts, we decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately our experience was not good, the guy at the register was not welcoming at all. He had horrible customer service, he did not offer to assist us with recommendations or guidance on the menu options. We would have purchased 6 drinks, had he not pushed us aside and told us to take a picture of the menu and go somewhere else to look at it. I was in shock who tells someone to take a picture of the menu and move aside instead of helping them on their first visit. WOW!

The air conditioning broke down. It was like a hot oven in there like 140 degrees!!!! The owner should close down to fix the air conditioner. Its unsanitary and hot temperatures like that violate health codes growing bacteria. The staff was trying their best but the temperature was unsafe and probably a health code violation.

I read some of the negative comments and it seems like y’all are just negative people that go out of your way to express ignorant opinions.
This place was very friendly and clean. Olga took my order and was very nice. I will definitely be going back.

Their passion fruit tea based is so delicious! It’s a great summer drink! So many options to choose from, a bit over priced but it’s worth it.

My boyfriend and I went to get some boba and a crepe. The wait was so long for no reason perhaps bcs they’re understaffed but the worst part??? WE GOT FOOD POISONING!!!! horrible can’t keep the place and food clean enough for the customers and jeopardizing our health!! never going back there again!!
