Rays Drive In

Amazing burgers! Probably one of the best in town. I had an issue where Grub Hub had my order sitting in Limbo for well over an hour before deciding to cancel it. I decided that I was just going to pick up the order myself and the staff there was very nice and apologetic even though it was in no way their fault. I'm not sure if they refired my order but even though it was over an hour after I placed my order the food was still hot. No like warm, but hot. They even discounted my meal even though they didn't have to considering the mess up wasn't their fault. If you want some great burgers stop on in. Their food is great and customer service is top notch!

Ray's Is an awesome spot. The oldschool drive in diner feel is just a fun environment, stacked with good food and non-bank-breaking prices. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fun/awesome place to grab a bite.

Was extremely disappointed! Heard how good the burgers were and was excited to try for first time. Walked in and every single table was filthy (should’ve left then but oh well). My burger was made incorrectly and when I took it back some kid came from there somewhere unseen, put their hands in my food without gloves and without washing hands first. When I asked for it to be remade the SAME kid, still without washing hands or adding gloves, grabbed the stuff off one bun and moved to another bun. Then when I became upset and didn’t want it they said I was being rude. WHO WANTS A STRANGERS NASTY HANDS IN THEIR FOOD?

Best coke frosty i ever had. Great chili dogs. And the best customer service. Especially by the outside carhop! She is awesome!

I loved the food last time I went here. But this time they left off a few things. First no tartar sauce or cocktail sauce when I asked for both. Then I start eating my baked potato and there is no bacon on it. And it's just picked high with way too many jalapeños. Idk if it was bc it was 30 min. Before closing or what but im so disappointed.

It was delicious as great as it was 40 years ago. Hamburgers are perfect wait staff is out standing. Out side parking and waiter is all ways smilies rain are shine. Evertime in Lufkin we try to make Ray's.
