Love this store I can always find something for my home love the variety and the way the store is organized.

Make sure you have tons of time its a big place and there are lots of goodies to be seen.
The clearance items being spread all over got somewhat confusing, but deals are there if you take the time to find em.

My favorite home decor place, they have such a huge selection, it just makes me want to change decor daily! There are pretty good sales. The rugs are the cheapest ive seen any, thats a fact. I was going to purchase a 7 foot by 10 foot rug for 189. I just knew it wouldn't fit in my car!

If you are planning on using a coupon make sure you take a picture BEFORE you go to store or print out a copy—I was at store when I tried to view the coupon I had recd via email I could read the text but couldn’t see picture of the whole coupon. Strangely when I came home and pulled up my email I could see the whole coupon—hmmm strange. So next day I took a picture of the coupon and saved to my device called the store and asked if I could take receipt back and show coupon to get discount—answer was I would have to bring back merchandise so I could return and they would rescan and then give me discount. They wouldn’t accept my receipt. Wow. I spent almost approx $277 . Not great appreciation from store . Won’t be back.

Great variety and quantity, but can get pricey (as with any home decor store) if you linger too long and keep finding things you want! Amazing patio and outdoor furniture/decor selection as well!

I warn everyone do not got to the at home store. The store manager there was very rude to me, my wife, and my son. I am a disabled hispanic who does not deserve to be treated in such a manner I simply wanted to know how many tables they had in stock when i only saw one on the shelf. Everyone is better off going anywhere else in lubbock. Shortly after i went to ashleys home store and bought a kitchen table with the set. The people there were far nicer than the people at the at home store. I will never go to at home ever again.

My item didn't have price tag. Cashier looked for 5 minutes, couldn't find price so I ended up not buying item. Really, just charge me something instead of losing a sale

Wall art wall was a mess. Couldn't even look through them. Disappointing visit. Probably won't go back.

Products were ok but pricing on sales items is difficult to figure out. Hard to even tell what is on sale. Signs all over saying 59% off on all seasonal items and get up to the register it is all full price. Would rather pay a little more for deal with the aggravation.

Lots of great items to choose from. Customer service wasn't that great, bit the store had everything I was looking for when shopping for house decor, and at a reasonable price.
