Really like the four turquoise chair cushions we decided to go ahead and purchase. Down side was the trash on most floor aisles, multiple disorganized shelves with patio cushions falling onto the floor - what a slipping or tripping hazard for customers, we were very cautious but felt anxious. Employees or day laborers gathered together (5 to 6) but seem to be wander in aisles and oblivious to their task. My husband saw a ladder, deciding to retrieve a box of pillows as we wanted a specific size. I asked a man if he could help us because I did not want my husband climbing that ladder. He said that was not his department; but followed me when he saw my husband was carring the ladder. The man saw a woman employee at the end of the turquoise pillow aisle and stated she could help us; then asked her permission to allow him to climb the ladder. I'm sure if "Home..." has a security camera they can validate these actions. No wonder people like to shop on line. Apparently most local businesses tend to want only cheap labor they can hire for less than 40-hours to not pay decent wages nor benefits to quality personnel-so sad for America! I will walk out next time!

We always find great items here! Seasonal is so Incredible! We were checked out by Ms. Kay and she was AWESOME! She took time to wrap my glass items. She was sweet and engaging

I usually have good experiences here, but i usually don’t need help with an item. The employee that was “supposed” to help was running around like crazy and got hung up doing something else. Another employee in the area was walking around for a bit (i didn’t realize he was an employee at first, i didn’t see the logo on his shirt). He checked his phone. Shortly before he came back with a cart of stuff - at which point i knew he was an employee, a cart had appeared in the area. I didn’t notice it prior to that point when i asked him about a flat bad cart and saw it mid-sentance. I’ve never had an employee in a situation like that not bother to help. Shortly after i loaded the cabinet from the second shelf onto the cart, the employee that was “supposed” to get it came hurrying around and they had a short conversation as i looked for other items. I believe shortly around that time it was the cashier that also came to check and make sure it was taken care of. The employee who seemed very busy was also the one who took the call to help me load, he was clearly busy, but was there by the time i got my vehicle
to the door. I didn’t see the employee with the cart do anything other than push the cart around while i looked at a few more items before heading to the checkout.

Of course it’s not At Home’s fault or the other employees, and maybe that gentleman was having an off day.

They have awesome deals. It is rare to find an employee. And when something is priced wrong they will not fix it. They make you feel like it is your fault it was marked wrong. I do not like the service. It has come to the point, that anytime I want to shop their but may have questions. I would rather just put the item back and not purchase it, then ask for help from one of the managers or employees. The attitudes are horrible. If your shopping and need no help, this is a great place. If your needing help, all I can say is good luck and be prepared.

LOVE this place!!! Lots of unique items. Great place to visit whether you are shopping for a dorm room, your home or office. Items are current with many selections to choose from. They have everything from wall art, pillows, furniture, picture frames, shelves, glasses, candles, boxes & silverware to floor rugs.
They have a large selection of clearance priced items throughout the store. Did I say I love this place?
This is a great place to visit to get ideas for updating any space in your life. The items are endless. I have never gone looking for something that I didn't find.
The staff is friendly and helpful.

Walked into the store this evening in hopes of find some much needed items for my apartment. As I walked in there are signs on most of the racks that indicate clearance items (red for 50% off and green for 75% off). I came across a butler table for $59.99 and a green marker thru the barcode and it had a green sticker on the underside of the table. I was so glad to have found it and was excited until I got to the register. It came up at regular price and even the check out last thought it was odd. She turned to ask a gentleman at the next register about it and told me that he could take 50% off but cannot do the 75% off. I showed him the tag and the sticker and stated it should be 75% and not 50%. He refused but said I was still getting a good deal to which I replied as yes but this is marked at 75% off and it matches all the signs in the store to back that up. Needless to say I did not purchase the item on principle but bought the other items. I am just not satisfied with the customer service interaction and have decided to return to tomorrow to return the other items purchased this evening. I seriously doubt I will go back but if I do I will definitely make sure they are going to sell a discounted item and the in store advertised discounted amount before I haul anything up to the register.

This store is absolutely freaking enormous. It almost looks abandoned because there are usually only a handful of cars in the lot. The selection is equally enormous, but I find their pricing to be confusing. They'll charge only $60 for a 5x7 foot rug, but a plastic garden gnome is $35. I tend to stick with clearance items, which are 50% off sticker. Best bet is to go right after a high holiday or the end of a season to nab reasonably priced decor.

I come here often. My one stop shop for all my indoor and outdoor decor. Everything is in this store. The employee's are amazing too. I did my entire restroom with decor from here. Overall great quality items for a good price.

This store has amazing decorative items, as well as kitchen and bath staples, yard and garden furniture and home furniture. Love the store, hate the shopping carts.

I will never spend another dime at this store. The staff is not helpful. When we asked to speak with a manager about a Christmas tree out of the box the girl helping us said, “She is in a bad mood today” you probably don’t wanna do that. I spoke with two other associates that were also unwilling to help me.

If you are that scared of your manager that you don’t want to call her to help someone then you need knew management.
