This place is amazing! It has so many things. Good prices and their sales are good too! You need to make sure you have time to shop because you will want to see everything they have, and that will take a while! 😁
I went with my dad so I didn't get to see it all but I can't wait to go back.

1. Do not trust the sales that they advertise, watch what they charge you very closely. We went to buy Christmas Ornaments, and the sale said all ornaments buy 1 get 50% off the second. But when you get ready to check out it does not scan them all as on sale. Even when the tag says Christmas Ornament. They run their sales like SCAMS.
2. The Manager named KAY, is very snippy, very argumentative, not willing to assist and make things right at all. The customer service at this store is horrible!!!!! This is the second time I have had her act this way and yet she is still employed there.

I spent tuns of money, should have just walked out of the store and left it there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
3. The restrooms are so nasty, looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks, no toilet paper, no soap, not paper towels!!!!

This store always gives me the impression of a discount bargain store but it's still pretty expensive. They have a huge volume of inventory

I’ve been a frequent shopper here for over a year now. It’s always a fun shopping experience. I’m also thankful that they’re now requiring masks in order to enter the building. As a high-risk person, I can’t shop just anywhere. Thank you for making safety and health a priority for your staff and customers!

1. When you post a sale for ALL ornaments, ALL ornaments should be on sale regardless of color. When we asked to speak to a manager regarding some ornaments not reflecting the sale price, the responding manager became very argumentative and rude. I ended up getting the sale price in the end, but not without condescending and disrespectful comments directed at me made to the cashier.
2. The bathrooms were horribly dirty, there was no toilet paper in the stalls, and no soap in the dispensers a gas station was cleaner than that bathroom.
The management here is AWFUL. If you want to shop for decor, go to Hobby Lobby or Walmart. Same prices, you’ll be treated better AND have cleaner bathrooms.

please update your hours! I drove from across town thinking I made it an hour before closing only to see the lady locking the doors 1 hour before the time online says. she locked them at 858pm online says 10pm. So curious do you close at 9pm or 10pm....PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS!!!

Mask and plastic gloves used by staff. Signs of staying the recommended distance were on floor before being served. Staff were very well dressed any very professional attitude
Sign at the entrance encourage mask wearing. Place was very clean and organized. Impressed of this place as it was the first visited. It had much items for home interior improvements.

My wife loves this place. The store is huge, has a ton of stuff, and is easy to navigate. Prices seem to be about average, but their is never a line of people checking out and the isles are not crowded. They have a great selection of decor during the holidays, especially Christmas.

You can find anything!! Great store!!

This store had a lot of items great selection but they tend to be over priced in my opinion! The store was messy unorganized and the stockers left their pellet of restock in the middle of the way which could be dangerous. Even the clearance items were pricy and many of them were broken! We could not find anyone to assist us with top shelf items or questions either. I think this store would do better business if there were more helpful employees and they'd price adjust reasonably to be competitive to other retail carrying comparable item!
