Riverside Cafe

I had 2 pork chops, potatoes, 2 eggs, toast and orange juice. It was all very good and a very pleasant and efficient waiter. All was reasonably priced. I will go back if in the area.

Lunch special was ok. Broccoli tasted wierd. Waitress played games to get a higher tip. It's dumb and not smart. When customers were servers themselves. Ended up with much lower tip because of her games.

I've been here for breakfast twice. Good country style cooking. Hole in the wall type atmosphere. The staff and customer clientele are good ol country folk just wanting a hot meal.

I don't usually write reviews but the Riverside Cafe is too good not to. Not only is it a step back in time when small diners were plentiful, but the food and service are excellent. I highly recommend it. I'll be back any time I'm in the LA Grange area.

Horrible Food and service today . Food took over 25 mins for breakfast. Wasn't but 3 tables taken in restaurant. When we finally got the food they had only made 2 of our breakfast instead of 3 and it was cold. I guess they were having a really off day..usually it's alot better. But then again I havent been in several months.

Nothing fancy just good eats at this local dinery. We enjoy coming here for a breakfast and lunch. Pleasant staff, reasonable prices, laid back atmosphere, and down home cooing.

Omelette was small for the almost 10 dollar price. Took a long time to receive food despite it not being very busy. Was good though. Kind of bland but good

Nice little cafe, peaceful place. Friendly service, decent prices. If you like a quit place to drink a cup of coffee, have a decent meal, or have a group, this is a good little cafe. Nothing fancy, just small town service.

The portions of food are for a child.toast was as hard as a rock.home fries ya 7 little potatoes. This place is joke.probably not a lot of repeated customers what a mistake

The food was very good, the service was very country. I like it my dad said his pork chops where cook right. Good times, but need a bit of cleaning.
