Everyone is always so helpful and cheery. It doesn't feel forced or cliche. Just generally helpful people. The coffee also is so good. Not overwhelmed with choices but just enough customization to satisfy your cravings.

I’ve been here like 5 times over the last two years and they do not disappoint! I will continue to go here to get a good coffee in Katy, Texas.

Met up with some colleagues from out of the state on a Wednesday afternoon. Ordered the blackout. Loved the coffee and the ambiance of the place. Very nicely decorated and great service. Highly recommend it !

OMG this coffee shop was really nice. The associates were extremely welcoming and gave recommendations based on questions asked about how I wanted my coffee to taste. I got an iced caramel coffee and it was so yummy! And can we say reasonable prices! Also I had a bagel with cream cheese. Give this place a try! They have several locations!

Black Rock Coffee is a nice change of pace. Their staff is very friendly and eager to make recommendations. I recommend the Irish Cream!
