The Teahouse

The tea is good and all that but let’s talk about the service here. I was welcomed but I did noticed that they skipped our drinks by 3 costumers. I’m not sure how the process works here at tea house on making the drinks but i think this is something that needs to be taken care of. Waiting for 20 minutes for 2 drinks is a little to much. I went to different tea house locations and order 2 every time and wait a max of 5-10 wether it’s packed or not.

This place is delicious! Everything is so good! Large selection of drink flavors and add ins. They also have snacks, the squidballs are amazing!

Used to love this location until ownership and employees changed. The customer service was terrible. They messed up 2 of my drinks, and I didn’t notice until I got home, so I called and a manager told me I could get it replaced. However when I got to the store an employee named Jodi was really rude and showed attitude. She repeatedly stated “I can’t give you free drinks” as if I was doing something wrong and trying to exploit the situation. She made me stand there waiting for 40 minutes for her to get in contact with a manager (until closing time). I tried asking her about the situation many times but she merely walked away in the middle of the conversation- EXTREMELY RUDE. She began cleaning the store without even telling me I wouldn’t be able to get my drinks, as if my time wasn’t as valuable as hers. I understand her position about not being able to give out drinks, but the way she handled the situation was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I have tried many Tapioca Tea places and this one is probably the worst to be honest. Me and my friend went in and ordered 2 cream teas and it took the cashier forever to ring us up. Then we waited for about 30 minutes to get our drinks while we watched others who were behind us get served. When I got my Rose cream tea it tasted like coffee because they obviously did not clean the mixer thoroughly before making mine. The employees did apologize for the wait, but by that time I was beyond annoyed by the situation. I wish I had just went to Starbucks honestly.

After turning to corporate, customer service is really degraded. Recently this really rude lady named Jodi M was really unprofessional and showed bad attitude towards customers. Love the place, drinks and memories all of our friends shared at this location but , having such bad experiences doesnt really help you earning customers.

Pretty good place to get tea/boba with a relatively wide selection of flavors. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is great. Lots of board games to play with your friends as you enjoy your drink during a hot summer day!

Husband and I love this place. Drinks are always delicious and I'm obsessed with the popcorn chicken. I just wish they had more chicken, they've ran out a few times and it won't even be the end of the day yet. But still worth it for the drinks and if you can get the popcorn chicken, try it!

Me and my daughter absolutely love this place and the point system works out because every now and then I surprise myself and get a free drink

Good first experience, the ladies behind the counter were great! Place was very clean and music playing was a good selection. Drinks were good and next time we will definitely try the snacks they had on the menu.

This is a fantastic place! I love the selection of teas and the bubbles are perfect every time. They also have a large area for drinking tea and chatting with friends or doing some homework. There's also some tables outside to sit at. Lovely atmosphere!
