The Teahouse

This is one of our family's absolute favorite places. There drinks are beyond perfect and amazing. We will forever be loyal customers. The staff that works here is so nice and they are so fast making drinks!

Love this place =) Have been coming here for a few years now. The staff is very friendly and have great customer service. I'm never waiting too long for drinks or snacks. If there is ever a wait they are very polite and apologize for the wait (which they really dont have to). I am never dissapointed when I come here! Highly recommend and I've even introduced other friends and family here, they all love it as well

First time there great selection of items. Good customer service and I got the green apple slush and it so so so delicious. I'm looking forward to going back and trying other flavors and teas.

Place is very nice, very calm atmosphere. They have board games which is nice too but it's still a perfect place to read or study. I've tried several drinks and have to say they are all good, although my favorite is the Thai tea for sure, with some baby tapioca. Staff is great, I've only had one issue and it was fixed immediately, so props to them. Go tea house!

My best friend and I stopped in here, hoping to catch up and have some good bubble tea. The line was long, I think a lot of students come here after school. It took about 10 minutes to get to the front of the line. The cashier was very slow but at that point I was okay with it. They have a tablet where you sign and it asks for a tip, so I had already given a 15% tip. We stood to wait for our tea for another 35 MINUTES. We just got one tea each. We were chatting and as the time ticked by we went from patient to annoyed. We saw multiple people who were before us be served their tea. One group of girls came in and ordered and got their tea within 5 MINUTES. There was a teen next to us who had ordered before us who was waiting as well. We got our tea before him and I don't know how long he waited after we left. My drink was average and definitely not worth the 45 minutes all together spent trying to get it. I got the Mint Green Cream Tea. My best friend got a Rose Cream Tea and we think they must have forgotten or not cleaned the equipment well enough because it tasted very gross, like it was mixed with coffee. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have never had worst service in my life. They need to hire more staff and train them better.

The space is nice and kids like to come here to study or play the board games. But the staff are not well versed on the menu and the cleanliness is suspect. If you ask them about things like ingredients and caffeine they don't know the answers. Today the bathroom was disgustingly dirty with no toilet paper (although there was soap). I watched an employee go from the register to slicing and juicing fruit without washing hands or gloving up. The tapioca was out. I watched them make entirely the wrong drink for one customer. Then hand me the wrong straw for tapioca. And do not order food here.

So glad to have a good bubble tea place in the Clear Lake area! Plus the fried popcorn chicken is a must-have. Service is nice with average wait time for a drink. Very clean inside with space to study, talk, or play one of the board games they have available. Personally appreciate their use of non-dairy creamer since I'm lactose-intolerant.

I have been here before and the drinks are good. Went by this evening. Sign said open. Hours state they are open til 8 pm. The door was locked when I tried to open it before 7pm. Idk what was going on. If the hours are different, the hours should be updated online. Please and thank you.

The Teahouse has a lot of variety, fresh ingredients, friendly staff and a clean restaurant. The food is tasty too! They never disappoint!

Stopped here on a hot day on a whim and definitely enjoyed it. We both got taro milk tea. They were out of regular boba so we had to get the small tapioca pearls which was a big bummer... But overall very good. Cute store with games and lots of seating. Will be back!
