My 1st time here. Great experience!!
Only one young man working but he handled the line of customers with grace and composure.
Very nice and explained my options.
My caramel milk tapioca tea was fabulous and the pearls were perfect. Some I had had at another tea house were all mush.
I have found my fave spot after trying 3 other local tea shops.

Always great service with delicious drinks (my go to is the wintermelon tea with tapioca) and today I tried the popcorn chicken… WOW! Perfectly crispy and wonderfully seasoned. Great snack I’ll be getting again.

Great drinks, great place to hangout. Nice place to study too. You have outlets and nice bathrooms and comfortable seating.

Cute little shop with giant flavor and great atmosphere.

Great drinks and food, not so good service, but only because there was only one employee and she was SUPER busy. It was over an hour waiting on my food and drinks before I went up and cancelled my order. I spoke with the manager and let her know that her employee was slammed, and she came in with two other employees and they remade all the food and drinks in my original order. I am willing to give them another shot because of the manager making it right, and the fact that the food and drinks are really very good. Will update my review after I return.

This is my favorite place i came here like already 2 times with my aunt and they’re always right with the order not too sweet not too watery. Like really perfect thing which I ever had will come this place again soon

The tea was spectacular as was the variety. Unfortunately the supervisor chose to degrade the person making the tea for a very minor mistake. This imbareced the employee and especially the customer. You praise in public and critic in private. A leader does not call an employee STUPID! in front of customers. I wonder who trained the barrister and her boss. This made for an uncomfortable situation for all in the establishment.
Your product is great, but you need to instill the concept of leadership in your line supervision.

Every time I visit this Tea House location it is clean and the employees greet me and are polite. The manager even remembers the drink I usually order.

Great drinks and food and fast service

This place has some of the best tea around. Many places only offer tapioca, but this place has a variety of sinkers, from gel to fruit. Be careful during peak times though, as this place can be short staffed during that time and there might be a slight wait, but it is worth it. With all the different options, you can get something different every time you come. Also, the dining room is clean, decently spaced out, and has free wifi.
