Extreme danger! I ate 1 bite of my fajitas and could immediately tast that the meat was bad. They offered to make another, I told them only if made with fresh meat. They brought another plate which I also took one bite of. I told the manager that the food was not safe for consumption. He resisted but eventually told the waiter we didn't have to pay. Thanks but I have now spent 12 hours vomiting with diarrhea. My coworker that also ate a bite hasn't responded yet or come to work so I assume he is sick aswell. I used to love this place but never again!

Found this yummy place 3 months ago and it has become one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. The food is authentic, well seasoned and there's numerous options on the menu. The margarita selection is great and they have a good Happy Hour as well. There's an outdoor area as well as sections that can accommodate large groups. Enchiladas and Fajita Platters are AMAZING!!

Absolutely love Del Pueblo. The green sauce is amazing. Food always comes out quickly and piping hot. Great flavors. Very affordable. Kids nights on Monday and Tuesday make it even more reasonable for a family to eat there.

Been going here for years, used to love it. Either my tastes have gotten more refined , or quality has slid. Usually overcook their proteins.
I think once they moved from their original corner location I have liked it less.

Ive have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 yrs. Today I decided to order a margarita for the first time, the taste was horrible. I thought it was because the flavor was strawberry; therefore, I asked the waiter if I could get a traditional margarita. He brought it over, the taste was still strange, it taste like rubbing alcohol. Just before paying the waiter asked if I would like to speak with the manager to have the drink removed. He even notice that I didn’t drink it. Mind you… I never asked for the manager but I told him that was fine.
So…. This woman walks straight to our table with a bad attitude. She said “what’s the problem with this drink because you had a problem with the first one too”. I had to pause to gather my words before acting out of character. First and for most I did not ask for her to be called, the waiter suggested it. Secondly, she was not professional at all, especially with her broken up English. I was shocked that a person with such bad professionalism could be a manager (her name BLANCA).
I would’ve thought that when she trained for her position, the first thing she (Blanca) would’ve been taught “listen to the customer FIRST!!!” Don’t just walk up to the table with a bad attitude. I honestly felt like I was being attacked. Hell, I even lost my train of
Thought for a second smh
What I’ve learned through bad experience is what they call “house margaritas” is made with cheap alcohol (like Everclear), that’s the reason it taste strange… I was unaware that I needed to request for 1800 and etc; which the call top shelf. That’s not top shelf liquor. Yes, I will be speaking with the district manager because Blanca only provided me with the restaurants phone number and stated that her “boss” would be in on Monday.

Their tacos are so good! They make their tortillas fresh. Their tortillas(flour) are comparable to valley tortillas (made in the Rio grande) I always order the "seis" from their lunch menu. If you visit, check out their to go/ gift shop. They have cute trinkets, purses, jewelry, clothing, etc. Their service is awesome too.

Okay this place... the food was incredible, the patio was wonderful, the only thing is they close at 9 PM weekdays and 10 PM Fri & Sat.
I would highly recommend.

They increased their prices so much recently- this has been their 2nd increase for 5 years I have been a customer. Now a salad with chicken costs 17 bucks! However, the food is still the same. They explained the increase is because of the prices on the meat. Other restaurants did not increase their prices. Perhaps they could change the vendor?
I was a regular at this place- now it is not in my budget. I can expect a $17 salad at a fancy place downtown with complementary valet parking- not in Cypress, TX :)

This place never fails! I love coming here and drag all my friends and dates here. They have a great gift shop on the side and awesome cacti (that’s plural for cactus) which you can buy (just talk to Renato). Most of the staff here are tenured and worked here for decades. They raised their prices a bit about 1 year ago but nevertheless, it is a great value. They have good breakfast as well. Try Mango Frosty shake :). The owners are great folks too. I keep coming back.
