TLDR: If you are catching up with friends or getting some quick work done, this is a good spot for you.
Parking - Parking is located behind the shop. I stopped by on a weekday around noonish, and they were about 60-70 percent full. I can’t imagine what it will look like during the weekend. Also, they are still running at a reduced seating capacity.
Comfort - There is NO WiFi service! The chairs are hard and uncomfortable. This is why this coffee shop is not good to look for a place to get some work done. However, I did stay for a couple of hours using my hotspot. As you see customers coming in and out, you can tell many of them have a good relationship with the baristas. Most customers there were in a group. Either working on something together or just catching up. There are also local flyers posted inside. If you live around the area, this might be a perk for you. The shop is also super cleaned and neat.
Coffee - I order a Cortado. Nothing special, and I have no complaints either.
Design - Love the fact that they have art all over the wall. They all have information on how to purchase them, who the artist is, and the price. One thing I would love to know is how often they rotate those arts out. On
I really love the design and atmosphere. Like I mentioned before, if you are by yourself and trying to get some work done, this is not the spot. If you are grabbing a cup of coffee with a friend, check this place out!!

CC has really friendly and helpful staff. I stopped by after lunch for a double shot of espresso and I wasn’t disappointed. I didn’t have to wait long even with the large number of people inside. The choices are great and I’m sure the pastry selection is better earlier in the day. I would definitely visit again and try other items on the menu. A great coffee shop. Don’t miss the back entrance from the parking lot. They have a wide range of indoor seating; there is outdoor seating in the front and on the side of the building with some shade.

Very nice place to have a drink near downtown/height area.

Leaps and bounds about the rest. Catalina stands out as the best coffee shop, not only in Houston, but in all of Texas. If you’re looking for the best cup you’ll ever have, here it is.

The absolute best coffee (and also best value) in Houston! Here multiple times a week and it's always fantastic. If you appreciate really good espresso, this is the place. Their homemade syrups are also very good in a latte. There is likely to be a line but they get people through at a good pace, so factor that time into your morning.
There are limited (if any) outlets to plug a computer in and I don't think they have public WiFi (I could be wrong, I just use my hotspot). So, not the best place to work for long periods of time but really nice to bring a book or journal.

My favorite coffee shop! Been a loyal customer since they first opened 15 + years ago. I buy their beans for my 4am espresso at home and enjoy having their espresso at their location in the afternoons.

I've been a fan of Catalina from the start! The coffee is outstanding! I love the atmosphere. What a great place to meet up with friends.
My only complaint is that some of the staff could be a little nicer.

I buy my espresso beans from here and it comes with a free drink. They sell Amaya roasters which is very good. A lovely, neighborhood coffee bar with very friendly owners/employees. Highly recommend.

The staff is hit and miss. Some are nice while others are gruff. Very small place. Hot chocolate is good. Parking lot is tiny. The place is very average. Nothing stellar to write about nor is there anything abysmal to discuss.
