I love their iced latte, their coffee is so tasty. I love how they let me use my own cup to not waste more plastic. They are super nice as well.

Alright yall, this place is one of my new fav coffee spots. It's off the main path and kind of hidden, and that's another reason it's so great. The parking is paid only, unless you park at the strip center literally like 40 feet away. Lol so don't get wierd about the parking. This place is modern, clean, inviting, and super cute. The bathrooms are so nice! You could live there! Hah. But seriously, get an iced latte, with coconut, almond milk, and a tiny of mocha, and you have the most delicious almond joy latte ever. Love this place! Go!

Horrible customer service. The guy with Glasses Was very rude and disrespectful. Didnt even help and had the nastiest face on. I asked for his name to leave him a review but the lady refused to give me his name. Wont be coming here again. Horrible

Went here first time and got a macchiato. I was genuinely looking forward to trying this place but was very disappointed at the quantity of coffee...not even half way full. Seriously? I don’t see any milk just 2 shots of coffee - supposed to be a macchiato. An small cup, filled 1/4 way, for 6 bucks! I feel ripped off!!!

Sad as I was really looking forward to having a regular coffee place i can just walk to.

Some of the best quality coffee you can get in town. This location more of a grab and go, there are a few seats inside, but there’s plenty of outside seating as well!

Probably the best cortado and flat white in Houston. Only one small thing that should be look into is lack of a proper ceramic coffee cups. Nothing wrong with paper cups but if you are really coffee junky and want to enjoy it in Blendin nicely designed interior ...

Great coffee and tea, really nice baristas, and cool redesigned place! The Barista Signature drinks are always amazing!!!

We love this place!! The staff are super friendly and answer any question you have about their coffee. There is tons of natural lighting and nice seating areas where lots of people were working. There is, however, only 1 or 2 outlets (but that's the only downside we saw). This place is clean and easy to focus to get work done.

We ordered a Colombian Gesha pourover (they have an automatic machine!!), which was absolutely one of the best coffees I have had in years and for sure the best I've had in Houston. The coffee is amazingly sweet and fruity, and there isn’t really bitterness, so the overall taste is very clean. It’s hard to come across a cup of coffee like this.

We also ordered and iced mocha. The taste of the coffee is stronger than what you would find at other coffee shops, but I appreciated it since it wasn't overly sweet and the coffee flavor was coming through.

In summary, cons are that there is a lack of charging outlets for those wanting to work. Parking is metered and is parallel parking on street. Pros: the best coffee quality in Houston on a completely different level than most coffee shops here! Lots of natural lighting and nice atmosphere.
