Coffee with a purpose. Does it get any better than that? A 2nd Cup is by far my favorite coffee shop, not only does it support a worthy cause, the coffee is excellent and sourced from local roasters. The staff is friendly and it’s a nice creative space to work. For first timers, I recommend their Mocha Nut specialty latte. They also offer a small selection of food items and freshly baked goods. The Caprese sandwich is my favorite for breakfast or lunch!

Love this place! Coffee and breakfast food were delicious. The layout and decor are great and of course what the money is going towards is fantastic! Can’t wait to go back

New trending coffee shop. Nice place to chit chat read, write, relax and even organize a party, gathering or an event. Little busy place. A cafe with purpose. But main thing coffee was cold even when it was served hot and we were sitting on the counter and the taste was a bit off.

For awhile, I was going here nearly every morning. They have a great selection of unique signature coffees, and some nice options for food as well. Plus, you get to support an incredible cause to help fight human trafficking.
Will always be a favorite of mine in Houston. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this coffee bar! It has a great aesthetic...... industrial feel with heart and soul (loft-like space with concrete floors, rustic wooden tables and live plants scattered around the room. When you walk in, you will immediately smell the aroma of fresh ground coffee beans..... And see the wonderful array of products to buy (all proceeds for the coffee and other products go to support the end of human trafficking...). They have an interesting array of things you can purchase there..... gorgeous ceramic salt wells, candles, tees, bohemian style jewelry and gourmet honey. The delicious coffee and warm and friendly service make this place shine! :)

This place is awesome overall. Above all else, they have a lot of programs for victims of labor trafficking including teaching them important working skills. Also, if you ever order food from their kitchen, most of it comes from another skills-teaching venture.
As far as a study place, it's overall on the quiet to medium noise range. The place is just huge so feels like there's lots of options for seating. There's enough outlets but might have to use an extension cord-- no biggie. Lots of parking available outside. My only real complaint is that the seating isn't the most comfortable with mostly middle school desk style chairs.
All in all, you need to visit this place at least once, especially if you like to work outside of your home/office.

Amazing Matcha Latte, no sweet as other shops, great atmosphere. Mum ordered expresso - so far the best from her experiences in Houston

What a great experience! Walked in for a quick cup of Hot chocolate and walked out invigorated to learn more about the atrocities of the human Sex trafficking ring! Please continue to spread awareness and have awesome coffee! Bless you!

Cool, not little, coffee shop on 11th. This is a non-profit who focuses on ending human trafficking and slavery. They have events pretty much daily, including yoga, and event space available for rent. Right on 11th next to Andy's. Free WiFi with interesting T&C's. Had the Cold Brew. Reasonable price and not bitter and overpowering but still stout. Will return. Nice vibe. Plenty of spots. Only lacking a few more outlets.

I love this coffee shop. The coffee is good and the little boutique in front is great for gift purchases. My only complaint is the parking lot always seems to be full during school. It appears many parents tend to pick kids up at a 2nd cup. I wish the lot was a bit more enforced so patrons could park there.
