I wish I lived in Houston just to go to this coffee shop everyday. Visiting from Southern California I had to make a special trip to this unique coffee shop. Th proceeded to this shop goes to the efforts to fight human trafficking. They have a store front boutique with cute gifts. But when I tasted the coffee AMAZING. I’m a coffee enthusiast and this was some of the best coffee. Great coffee for a good cause.

Cool coffee shop with tons of shopping inside while you wait. Says non profit to end human tracking which is a huge plus and why we came. Mocha was top notch

Wife was sad they didn't have sugar free syrups but still delicious

Everybody’s super friendly. I love their coffee and they have a beautiful gift shop inside. They also have a local market once a month called 11th Street Market.

Simple, open, spacious neighborhood coffee shop benefiting a great cause. Lots of seating options to hang out, study, chill, whatever. A few sweets and savory items to munch on. There are a few creative coffee options of their own and they have a lot of adds to customize ur hot or cold beverage. Their espresso beans are pretty good, but lacking some of the uniqueness of other shops in the area. We enjoyed my Cortado and Flat White. Will b back.

Their food, coffee, and staff is AMAZING. Not to mention the work they are doing behind the scenes to help end human trafficking. Thank you for the quality coffee & food!

The cortado here has a great, full-bodied taste. It is basic without being to bitter, and is balanced overall. It is somewhere in my top five favorite coffee shops in Houston thus far. I like how the place is spacious, and the decor isn't cluttered like many other places. I would enjoy chatting here, but the tables aren't necessarily suited to working or studying. Also, I would not recommend coming here around sunset, as the sun shines straight through the windows and into your face.

Interesting place for coffee! Large space, hangar like, very open concept. The tables were all full when we were there, so we sat on the couch, unfortunately it’s an old very weirdly lumpy couch, not very comfortable. The chai fritz latte was very good though!

I knew Erica (the founder and owner) back when she was “just” a mobile coffee operation with hopes of doing something like what she has now built. What she has done is amazing and I love going in to A 2nd Cup and seeing it busy with customers who have embraced the mission and the product. I’m a drip coffee guy, and I’m never disappointed here, and the food offerings change and I’ve never had something that I didn’t enjoy. Kudos to A 2nd Cup for being a worthy, mission-based business that is serving great products in a nice, warm, spacious atmosphere. Oh, and the restrooms are immaculate as well.

I went today for the first time and love its vibe! The coffee was great and the food delicious (small plates but tasty and fairly priced). They have an small market with gifts and super cute crafts. And on top of this all, with your purchases you collaborate with a noble cause. Recommended!
