Dunkin Donuts

Went in omw to work and was greeted by Sam she took my order mind me she was full of energy the life of the party and definitely knows her job and her customer service skills where on point if this app had 6 stars I'd give it to them just cause Sam was able to turn my frown upside down but unfortunately theirs only 5 so great job

Decided to go through the drive thru and I ordered an iced coffee was not asked if I wanted cream or sugar ? I went to the window to pay and I did not get my receipt either. I was Asked to park in front and they only gave me one of my sandwhiches. and when I told them about it they gave me horrible attitude and were like was it the crossitant ? I was really looking forward to getting Dunkin too.. 0/10 customer service

I have been twice now. Both times my coffees have been half empty and donuts are stale. Wanted to give the benefit of doubt as they are new but they have been open for a while now and donuts and coffee are not that complicated. Won’t be going back.

Went in for a blueberry coffee pick me up and was helped by a sweet young girl named Jennifer. She delivered my perfectly sweetened coffee with a warm smile.

I had been here before and was not impressed! Stopped by today and can honestly say the crew has made a complete turn around! Sam was very welcoming and with great customer service skills! The world needs more Sams!!

Don’t order from here, I just order a 12dz of donuts and they take for ever to arrive. I ask the deliver what was the issue and he mentioned he waited almost +20 min it say that there were only two people working and they didn’t have that many people coming they were just
On a bad mood and super slow.

Staff needs more training it doesn’t take 8 people to take an order and make one persons coffee they ignore people when you come in and takes for ever to get a simple coffee or donut ordering ahead they lack also

Burned my wake up wraps had eggs missing , the workers are extremely rude and have no people skills what so ever . Don't bother coming here you place an order online and you still wait 20-30 minutes and your order is wrong.

Three strikes. Donuts are OLD and STALE. Disgusted. What happened to Dunkin being amazing? Will not be going back. Seriously we waited for this in Horizon, major disappointment.

My family and I were really excited when we found out that they were going to open a Dunkin Donuts in Horizon once they opened it I went to buy donuts and bagels when it was my turn to order they told me that at the moment they didn’t have bagels and that the donuts were from the day before. I honestly don’t know why they’re selling stuff from days ago
