Dunkin Donuts

Been here numerous times, they are always unreasonably slow. Some employees are doing their best while others are slowing down the whole team. It tool 20 minutes for my order to show up, wrong. Never going to get from them again until they can show they can work in a timely matter.

WORTS CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We were the only people in the drive through, ordered two breakfast sandwich and were told to park in the front and our food would be brought out to us. After waiting over 15 min and seeing two cars parked beside us get their food first, we finally got down only to be to told that out ordered was just sitting there when they had stated our food WOULD BE. BROUGHT OUT TO OUR CAR. Our food was cold and all the young lady had to say is that she didn’t know what had happened.

I've been there twice. 1st time my daughter and I waited in line for 40-50 min and when we got to the window, they didn't have what we usually order. (Old fashioned, powdered and chocolate frosted) we went home empty handed and sad. 2ND time we just wanted assorted munchkins AND GUESS WHAT? they didn't had any!!

The hours of operation list as.... seasonal hours until 1:00am. The website states 24hrs. I left for work early and went there at 11:20pm, the door was locked and 2 workers just standing there and never motion to go through the drive thru. Very rude. They missed a $5.00 tip. Tell them kindness goes a long way. They are lazy at night. They prefer to stand and watch cars leave.

Been trying to get the Rockstar punch drink for a week now. Been several times, morning, afternoon night and it's nearly impossible to get. On 3 occasions I was also missing items from my order and one order was wrong. Just need better organizational skills and a better stock of inventory

Had my boyfriend go to get me avocado toast, the avocado tasted nasty like it was expired, rather have spent that 5 dollars making it myself. When spoken with a manager he said it was not made right to begin with. Do not recommend

And they were hard . Coffee taste nasty. This is not the first time. Sometime after work I would stop by
At night empty shelves or donuts hard. I was excited to see when they were going to open one here in Eastlake. But now with all the experience I had there ill just buy them at Walmart. Last time I'll stop there . Very bad service.

Its a good place for those that live out by horizon. Service was great not bad for the new location.

We bought coffee 3 times giving them the benefit of the doubt, but the 3rd was definitely the last one. Our coffee has been half full every time. They're stealing our money. If you want good coffee at good price just go to the local shop on horizon, Amber's coffee.

Just got a coffee and donut. Coffee was hot and donut was fresh. Jennifer was very pleasant and had my order ready quickly. Will definitely be back.
