This location is very new. I ordered on the app. Drive thru was Super busy. Walked inside & employees looked like they had it under control, just busy. I asked the young lady about my drink. She varied it & quickly made it. Very polite & professional about it. As I drove off I passed by the drive thru & no longer a line. I was inside no more than 5 to 6 minutes & this was around 8:30 a.m on Jan 27th

3 Strikes and your out! Terrible Terrible Terrible and Terrible. Gave the Eastlake location 3 chances for fresh donuts and all I got was stale and hard donuts that felt like two days old.. Sorry Guys If you want to stay in business at this location you better do better. What happened to it's 5am , time to make the donuts!! what a waste of my money.

Food: I ordered a dozen assorted donuts and was given a pre-made box with stale donuts in it.

Service: The young womans at the register had no customer service skills but the other interactions I had with employees were phenomenal.

Atmosphere: It was nice and cool temperature but the sun beams hars through the front windows and there are no shades to protect you from it.

All the tables and floors are completely filthy. Crumbs of food everywhere. Coffee stains too. People are using their phones and talking loudly with each other. As a walk in it makes someone feel uncomfortable. Stay away from here! Better drive elsewhere. Only took picture of 1 table that were filthy.

Went to buy a dozen donuts, and when I got to the window, they charged me someone else's order. I said that wasn't my order, so they checked it out and refunded me my money... but they were highly disorganized.
Apparently, it was happening often because the line was super slow, and it seems that even simple orders were taking a while.

I'm very disappointed as I've been waiting for a DD to open on this area. Hopefully, they'll get it together and improve.

Today I ordered one chocolate frosted dunut... I was given a chocolate glaced donut. I also ordered a hot vanilla latte... I received a almost cold latte. I was barely warmed. They don't really pay attention and did not get a receipt. ( my fault in part for assuming they know their job.

OLD, STALE AND HARD. I contemplated on driving to Krispy Kreme to by doughnuts for my Daughter's Birthday to take to her school. I decided it was too far and not worth it since we have DD so close. BAD CHOICE. I bought 3 dozen doughnuts and was very dissapointment. They were hard and stale.

Karla poured coffee all down my arm. After realizing what she had done she took the coffee back and my debit card and walked towards the back. In the back her and a girl stood and laughed about the situation. After talking for a couple minutes, a manager of the name Leo came and asked if I had received my coffee yet. He was completely clueless on what was happening.

Also good to mention, “Karla” was too concerned about drinking her coffee before opening the window than worrying about the customers that they had waiting in line to receive their items.

Went to the drive-thru and ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel & they told us to park since it was going to take 5 minutes to get our food. Got our food after 25 minutes of waiting and it was cold so I returned my food and asked for my money back. In the meantime, I saw the food handler-maker taking the food to the customers that were waiting. He was wearing latex gloves but not changing them after trip going out the door. Preparing food with dirty gloves. I’m not eating there again!

3 bad times in a week!! Every time I had to wait over 10 minutes even though I ordered on the app. The worst part is when people walk in place an order and get it before I did AND I USED THE APP!! I’d rather go to Dutch bros and wait. Get a new manager and get some training done as of 2-5-23
