Stopped in here during Town Days and had an absolutely charming experience. The smell of fresh (in-house) roasted coffee mixed with scratch-made pastries was simply delightful! The owners Phil and Jen are very personable and it was evident they take interest in connecting with each person who comes through the door. This gives it quite a local feel where everyone is treated more like family. The sitting areas near the coffee bar make it a lovely place to grab a beverage, sweet treat, and read a book or catch up with a friend. I will definitely return to try all of Jen's delicious baked treats!! Thank you for a great visit.

When I’m traveling (which I do a lot for work) I genuinely miss this place. The environment the employees. I love that the owner lets you watch him roast and educates you. Little piece of home when I go and away ❤️

5/23 The sopapilla cheesecake is THE answer to a post long-run recovery...that and an awesome Americano! Excellent local roaster/coffee shop. The ladies who work the counter and coffee bar are just plain nice and friendly people. You just don't get that sense of community from big chain coffee stores. The pasties are huge and the coffee is always fresh and hot. It's a bit small inside but that adds to the small town feel of the place. Support local businesses!

By far the best coffee I've had in San Antonio. Definitely beats Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. It's also a plus that the staff is extremely friendly! I will definitely become a regular customer!

i was recommended to visit by a friend. Really glad i did, i was in the mood for a pastry and had their giant, giant cream puffs. The best thing about the puffs here.... drenched in chocolate frosting with a ton of cream almost 5 inches high and 6 inches wide. 30 square inches of creme. i have never experienced that in a puff and i have eaten puffs all over the country. Hands down the best cream puff i have ever consumed. One puff is more than enough for 2 sweet tooths. Also, great atmosphere, excellent coffee, homey feel, excellent service. Can not say enough, i will go back regularly. AWESOME!!!!

Love their coffees and the cream puffs are delicious. Highly recommend
