The ambiance is lovely, and the seating is roomy...but they lack in the most important aspects of a restaurant: food and service. The wait staff is inattentive, but that could be mitigated if the food were good. This last time everything tasted as if the cook was rushing. Salty waffles, omelets with giant chunks of chewy fajita, dishes inaccurately prepared :(

Waited MONTHS for their espresso machine to get fixed because I had truly liked their flat white coffee, fast forward to the fix plus a strange new entrance missing the previous trellis and 'open' sign GONE, sent a couple messages via messenger asking about this no answer. Ok fine let me try them again and see what happens. THE WORSE FLAT WHITE EVER, also again New Menu, again no explanation?! Service was extremely SLOW food was average at best, But because we waited over 45 minutes for it, it only made it less tasty if you get my gist, never going back not taking my family and telling all my friends about it. Sorry that it sucked. I was really hoping it was awesome

This is NOT your regular old school restaurant where they sit you and a waiter takes your order. You order and pay ahead to include tip which doesn't make sense. Although the staff was very attentive it still lacked the homie feel like a usual eatery. In my opinion, they are missing out on money they could potentially be making by sitting you and ordering a drink or appetizer right away. This restaurant is like a Starbucks and a Cracker Barrel mated and had a baby and this was the outcome. Food is OK.

Really disappointed. The menu isn't big enough for your cooks to have THAT MUCH TROUBLE getting food out. After waiting more than half an hour just to get a table, the food and service should be fast. I've worked in restaurants my whole life. I was a restaurant manager for more than 15 years. I can't understand why it takes more than an hour to get basic entrees out to a three top. Our server did her best, and we never waited on drinks, so I know we were waiting on the kitchen. We literally looked around after the first half hour of waiting and ONE table had food. Nine tables with full drinks, and no food on the table.
After reading reviews about how long the wait was weeks ago, we thought maybe they'd had time to sort things out, but that clearly isn't the case. If your cooks are getting this backed up with ten tables, you need to staff more appropriately or hire new cooks. Whatever you have going on back there right now isn't cutting it.
We appreciate management discounting our bill, but we won't be back any time soon to try it again.
This place needs a lot work.

Terrible service. They took over 10 minutes to come take our drink order. That’s cause I had to get up and ask if we were going to get any service.
Waiter brings one drink order and we wait for another 10 minutes for the rest of the drinks which was actually just water. Guess they had to go purchase it!
Finally our food order is taken. We get PART of the order and STILL had to get up and ask Waiter for the rest of the order. We get done with our order and the rest finally arrives after we’re done eating. By that time we’ve had it with this place.
Will Not be returning nor recommend this place.

Don’t usually complain but it was pretty bad. Got seated and had to ask for table to be wiped down because there was a bunch of leftover crumbs and food from the previous table, then ordered our drinks and asked for water. Water never came out had to ask multiple times. Ordered our food and it took an hour and a half to come out. Didn’t get everything we ordered. Biscuits and gravy were very stale. Only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because the waitress was nice and the mimosas were pretty good.

Poor service. Had to go “fetch” wait staff three times. Also poor checkout at the table! Food was good! Three ladies dining. Two salads and breakfast. All good.
You will pay extra to use credit card.
