Black Rifle Coffee Company

So I don't normally review but today they opened late and I get it somethings happen. Yesterday my breakfast sandwich was cold but you know things happen so I'll give them another chance. But the coffee has been tasting less and less like coffee and more like water don't know what's going on but I will not coming back to this location again.

The salted Carmel drink tasted like it had a lot of salt at the end. The double kolache was just okay.

So delicious! I want to have all of our boy scouts committee meetings there!!! I love that they are for the veterans and do so much for them to give backm

Awesome service, great crew, great coffee and Cafe style food. Even the puppies got a pup-cup each. Def go back as there our local. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.

Can't understand why the line at Starbucks is so long when this place is next door. Great coffee and great service. Plus you get to support a veteran owned business which in this town should be the norm.

I see others are complaining as well, but don’t have your workers out there cussing and telling cars to move. Especially when I have my family in the car.

Excellent coffee. Awesome flavor. Perfect brew.

First visit: 5 stars, informed was dog friendly whether Service, ESA or leashed well behaved pet, great customer service.

Second visit: Zero stars, once again great customer service by the “brew crew”, wife has dual trained Service/ESA. General Manager Mel discriminated against her with her needs and dog. Will not be going into detail on event in this review. But will note, dog is leashed, vaccinated, very friendly not aggressive and not a barker. Will be reporting and filing complaint to State of Texas and US Dept of Justice with Americans with Disabilities. Will also be contacting BRCC’s corporate office.

Will not be returning if this is how the General Manager Mel wants to approach and treat a disabled veteran and his wife that is a retired injured firefighter/emt from a large city on the East Coast. This is not what BRCC is about or what they stand for. Shame on BRCC for having this woman Mel as the location GM. Shame on the GM for her aggressive rude approach.

Absolutely love this company and what they do. The venue is brand new and in spectacular condition. They are still figuring their service out so just be patient. Relax and enjoy some coffee.
