Took my husband here for Veteran's s Day and the overall experience did not disappoint. I've only ever been to the Savannah location, so to say I was excited is an understatement. Husband and I both got frozen coffees and 2 breakfast items.
Food was absolutely outstanding and drinks were delicious.
They graciously made my husband's coffee for free, as he is an active duty service member.
The overall ambiance was fun and enjoyable. Very tasteful atmosphere with lots of merch! Bonus points for having a coffee donation bin for Nurses!

Great coffee and even better people here. The staff was friendly and efficient. I am looking to watching them grow in our community.

Great coffee! Great environment! Great staff!
...a little odd U-turn to get there, but WORTH IT!
Love the decor... even safe style doors to get in
(I want some! Lol]

My absolute favorite coffee and now it’s in Woodstock! 15 minutes from my house! Great options in “craft coffee” with some food items also. Their apparel and merchandise is awesome. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Super clean establishment. I can’t say enough great things about this place!

What a spot! I've been enjoying BRCC for years in the mail order form so I was excited to hear one was being built nearby.
This was a great spot for coffee with a welcoming vibe, great folks and a lot of space. I was surprised to see they have an open mic night on Fridays! I was also super happy to see touchless payment options as I've become a huge fan of tapping rather than pulling out a card/cash. The coffee was delicious too! They have the smoothest coffee ever. Both blends were delicious.
This will now be in the monthly coffee rotation for us for sure, and I'll bet i stop every time I'm driving by!

Black rifle coffee Woodstock Is a great coffee shop. There’s plenty of room to socialize or set up to do some work. Coffee is great, good menu plus sandwiches. Lots of gifts, coffee mugs, hats and apparel. There’s outside seating as well. They are open from 5 AM until 9 PM And yes they have a drive-through!

Love how it's a coffee shop and a store to get your BRCC goodies. Staff is very friendly. Owners walks around ensuring the service you get is top notch. Employees have a very good attitude and look happy to be there. Definitely a good local shop to support specially for first responders and military personel.

If you ask most veterans they'll tell you they absolutely despise Starbucks. The main reason for that is because Starbucks refused to even sell coffee to the United States government for any forces that were deployed During war time. Politics is one thing but refusing to sell coffee to our Heros definitely is a kick in the gut and a patriotic insult. But we are blessed to have Veterans who see broken things and just fix it themselves. So gave rise to Black rifle coffee. If you are a patriot and a supporter of the Military and first responders this is your place. Instead of seeing headlines about Starbucks kicking armed police officers on duty out. You will see Black Rifle making coffee donations to our Police and showing support to all Military and veteran community out reach events. The atmosphere is very unique. The videos are hilarious and the merchandise on point. Jessie was amazing as well as all the staff have been. The coffee and food are much better and more diverse AND it's cheaper!
Thank you Starbucks for failing those who selflessly serve which in turn gave rise to Better coffee. Hoping to see many more of these as time goes on. We want support in the community for our military and first responders. Not resentment and political grandstanding

I've given this place many chances, and honestly, 3 stars is pretty generous.
The service is extremely inconsistent. I've been greeted kindly, or not greeted at all. I've gone on days where it's clean, or filthy with no toilet paper in the bathrooms. I've been freely offered and given refills on my iced coffee, and I've been denied refills flat out.
My food order has been correct and delicious, and it's been incorrect. I've also visited on a day where they messed up 3 people's orders at one time and the staff did not apologize, but rolled their eyes when they all said something.
Customers are treated like an inconvenience and ignored while the staff stands in the kitchen and talks.
Overall, I think management needs to step up their game at this location. This place could be amazing and I appreciate their mission, but their staff absolutely does put their best foot forward.
