Visited for the first time on 7/2, good coffee, food was a little overpriced. Gift shop atmosphere. Got credit card bill, did not match up with in-store receipt. Left a message for "Jamie" on 7/11 to resolve, no call back as of 7/15. Honest mistake is understandable, hope it’s not someone trying to “pad” the tip jar… Either way, does not represent the brand well. If you patronize, match your CC receipt to you statement.

Favorite roast is the Fit Fuel!

Been a customer of theirs for years buying their coffee online. So in love with their store and all they do for Vets and First Responders.

I am a regular and go 3-4 times a week. Cheaper and better than that Socialist Coffee place.

Great coffee, great environment and good prices. I loved that I could order a “medium” instead of having to learn some weird sizing system that’s not used anywhere else in the world. It was also nice not having someone else’s political views shoved down my throat while trying to enjoy some coffee. I will be buying my coffee here now.

The sausage egg and cheese croissant is delicious! And you can’t beat their whole bean coffee to go. We love that you came to our neighborhood.

Honestly, I don't understand the high ratings. I guess you like burned, over-roasted coffee? There are other coffee shops in the area that beat the socks off of this. Not impressed.

Great coffee and breakfast sandwich, great environment and vibe! The staff was pleasant and polite. The fact that it is a veteran-owned business was a huge plus. It was nice to go to a place where they are unapologetic about their love for this country.

Yet another nationwide coffee chain with mediocre offerings that desperately wants to drain money away from established local shops.

I had my first experience with BRCC today. I went through the drive-thru and just ordered a simple coffee with “lots of cream”. The attendant at the window (Jessica?) was a total rock star — she opened the lid of the coffee to make sure it was “light enough”. Literally no barista has ever done that for me. It’s the little things like that which make me look forward to spending my money there again. Customer service was top notch.

Having been a subscriber for the past 3 years, I was incredibly excited when I heard this location would be right down the street. My visit did not disappoint. I went with my kids. They loved seeing all the guys on the wall that they had seen in the YouTube videos. "Dad, look there's Mat, There's J.T.!"

Great selection of merchandise to choose from. The best part for me was the wide variety of bagged coffee flavors to choose from. My kids picked out "Lava Panther" and I am glad they did!

This is a great addition to the community and I look forward to my next visit!
