The atmosphere here is cozy. I loved the way old is made new but preserved the architecture! The coffee was great and the lemon poppyseed muffin was delicious and I’m glad Robert suggested to heat it up…it was tasty 😋!! This was my first visit here. I’m glad my sister brought me here!

Literally one of the best cafes I’ve ever been to, such a sweet/genuine team, and the best bakery from a coffee shop I’ve had. The space is so cool also, great vibe. I’ll hit this place every time I’m in the area

I went into Prairie Coffee Co for the first time this morning while having a tire repaired at Crawford Smith, & it is so nice. I had a bacon feta quiche & a Cafe mocha. Both were very good. I got my order to go because I had to get to work, but found myself wishing I could stay for a bit. It's so nice inside. Rustic, but classic. Love the dark wood & light paint. There's also a small room with a table that can be used for a private meeting with sliding doors. This is such a great addition to our downtown.

We had their iced coffee, which is their signature blend. Their roasters are local to the central Texas area.

The space is open and clean, but rustic and cozy at the same time. You just feel at home when you walk in.

But the best part of this shop are the owners and their staff. Everyone greets you with a smile, and friendly conversation. Robert took the time to share his story with us, and it was such a blessing.

Such an awesome addition to downtown Greenville, the drinks and pastries are amazing, and the owners are even better! Highly recommend the new jewel to Greenville!

Great coffee and more reasonably priced than big coffee chains. I usually pay $8 for a large iced caramel macchiato but here it was a little over $5 and already had 4 shots just like I like it but I'm used to paying extra for my extra shot. They won my business...This is my go to. They also have alternatives...oat, almond, and cocunut milk:)

I guess we're not the only ones to find this little jewel! We decided to stop by this morning and they were packed! They served us absolutely delicious coffee and were very friendly. I got a vanilla latte and my boyfriend ordered a cappuccino. We got our order in a timely manner despite how busy they were. I was surprised by the quality we received for how much we paid! Both were full of flavor and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere was also very nice. I usually don't like to sit and just relax at coffee shops but this one is just so inviting with all of its natural light, comfy seating, and beautiful artwork and decor. Will definitely be recommending this little shop to everyone I know!

I have loved being able to visit Prairie Coffee Co and enjoy the comfortable atmosphere, talking with the wonderful and friendly owners, and drinking my favorite coffee! I usually get an Americano with a little syrup, and it's delicious!
