Nestled within the heart of Caddo Mills lies a gem that is Twilight Coffee Co. What started as a humble food truck serving steaming hot coffee and delicious blended Frappuccinos in the crisp January mornings, has now evolved into a magnificent edifice, complete with a welcoming covered patio.

The dynamic evolution of this coffee shop is not only reflected in the space it occupies, but also in the richness of its offerings. Every visit has been an experience of rediscovery, an adventure in taste that keeps me coming back for more.

My recent obsession is the Caprese Sandwich. An Italian classic served on a toasted ciabatta bun, it is a harmonious medley of fresh mozzarella, aromatic pesto, zesty balsamic vinegar, and thick slices of ripe, juicy tomatoes. The balance of sweet and salty from the balsamic vinegar adds an exquisite touch to the luscious tomato, resulting in a flavor profile that is both delightful and unforgettable.

The drink selection is equally impressive, with my personal favorites being the Milky Way Frappuccino and the Iced Smores. These are expertly crafted beverages, each offering a unique sensory experience. The surprise element here is the Italian Soda – a refreshing and fizzy palate cleanser that adds a zing to your meal.

Breakfast at Twilight Coffee Co is a hearty affair with their delightful egg bites, while lunchtime unveils a selection of sandwiches including the savory Bacon Gouda, and the classic Ham and Cheese. Yet, for me, the star will always be the Caprese.

100/10. Not sure how many shots of espresso I had but I can feel colors.
The two espresso shots I had were flat. I know that sounds negative but other espresso over takes your tongue and drys the mouth making me gag. This espresso flattened over my tongue and slid into my throat. It was a soft but robust flavor. My coffee was SO good. I let him do his own thing. Not sure how many espresso shots in that but the ratio of flavor and cream was *chefs kiss* The bacon and gouda sandwich was amazing and honestly i hate Ciabatta(sp?) rolls but dang they made it work. We also got a smoothie and a Danish. Nothing lasted long. I'm mad at myself for not trying this sooner.
