RE:defined Coffee House

Great ambience. They have more tables for big groups. I wish they can arrange a big table to share with everyone or smaller working/ studying tables for individual or couple. Nice decoration! Wonder why they don’t open on Sunday 🤨

While the service and ambiance were great at the coffee shop, the coffee itself wasn't particularly special and didn't taste as good as I had hoped. Additionally, the blueberry cake was dry and unappetizing. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the coffee and pastries but the atmosphere and service would be the reason I’d come back.

Wow, loved this place. The gingerbread latte and Christmas cookie latte were delicious. Loved the Christmas decorations inside. The baristas were friendly, too. I’d love to go back.

First time trying this place and they had really nice options for gluten free and vegan folks. And batista were super knowledgeable and helpful in explaining different types and methods for preparing speciality coffees. Very spacious with plenty of room for lots of people and even alcoves off to the side that people were studying or working in. Lavender latte was perfect - sweet but not overly so. My spouse had the Americano and he liked it quite a bit. Will definitely be back!

Love this place. My first time here. The decor is lovely, very cozy and the drink
options are vast. I got the lavender mocha which was not on their menu but they made it as a special request. Loved it. Def recommend this spot and the specialty coffees.

PROs: Friendly crew. Clean establishment. Nice and cozy atmosphere. Great location. Indoor and outdoor seatings. Plenty of parking. Coffee (decaf latte) was great and the gluten free donuts were fresh (not dry) and tasty.
CONs: Heavy traffic area off a main road.

Stopped in here to try the vegan donuts and grab a coffee. The coffee I received tasted like watered down coffee with a splash of almond milk and a little caramel flavor; it was terrible and waste of $7. I didn't even order a donut b/c they looked extremely dry.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the atmosphere is very welcoming. Based on the coffee alone, I would not recommend.

The cold brew is some of the best I've ever had. Great flavor and smooth. No need for cream or sugar, it's great black. The bacon and chives cream cheese spread is also amazing!
